Skipping Wrathion's Gambit on Alts for Wrathion/Sabellian World Quest

You must have completed all four zone campaigns on at least one character on your account, opening World Quests for all your characters.

Your alt must be at least level 68 to quality for the skip.

Your alt does not need to have done even a single quest in Waking Shores prior to this. However, if your alt has done any quest out of Obsidian Bulwark, the skip will not be available.
