They didnt hotfix these on you guys just didnt notice them. I was on as soon as ptr dropped yestarday and they were there. Along with pirate hats and a bunch of belts and boots to fill out some xmog sets that have missing pieces

good start these looks pretty neat but not NEARLY enough, i have 250 tokens on 1 toon alone, sitting in the bank in unopened prize boxes so I don't waste the tokens. idk what blizzard doesn't get that transmog focused players have actually 10s of thousands of these things, throw the most basic unobtainable items on vendor for like 50 each they don't need to be this windigy.

Hell, yes. Give us all the weapons and armor that made it through design but didn't actually get included in the game here and in the Trading Post. There's still an alternate gun model from Ulduar that has never made it onto live servers, for instance.
I looted that staff model on live from an elemental invasion rare though lol.
