This would of been helpful yesterday, saves groups from needing to do a 0 to get a stone.

The vendor won't give you a keystone if you haven't gotten a DF one from M0 or by doing another key right now. We just attempted it and it doesn't provide a key yet.

Has anyone encountered the fact that the key does not drop of the chest and cannot be obtained from the NPC? Tech support hasn't responded since 10am

She's been there the whole time. This isn't exactly new

And a portal to Uldaman when?

Comment by Makz42

Would be great if it gave keystones to the ppl who bugged out and still dont have one...

And a portal to Uldaman when?

Probably when it becomes part of a season.

I wanted to lower a keystone yesterday and couldn't find the NPC.

On another note, does the trader NPC next to the great vault not have a lot of options this Season?

was thinking the same thing. But at first she jsut told you where some dungeons were. But now offers the text options to get new keystones or lower them like Ta'hsup in Oribos used to.

Yes. I was blaming my disconnect (I lost internet connection at last boss of HOV +2) 1 hour later when I logged in I only got primal chaos in mail.
Did couple m+ and didn't get any key, but when I was back to HOV key dropped at end.
Maybe not 100% related, but try to do same dungeon as your first (not sure what to do if you did m0 which is not in season 1).

I've had this exact same problem I ran four dungeons yesterday two at a mythic zero and 2 at a plus two and a plus 5 from a party member who actually received a key and I still never got a key from any of them submitted a ticket at around 3:00 p.m. Central yesterday have yet to hear back. Also not just me another member of our group for all four dungeons never received one either they also submitted a ticket roughly the same time yesterday with no response.
