It probably the most thematic spell for Holy Paladins, being a more desperate version of Holy Shock you can use if you have to instant heal someone and you can't use other spells. Other than that, please...

1. Remove the cap on Soul Cleave
2. Make "Spirit Bomb" some kind of pasive to improve soul cleave of an improvement of Soul Cleave when we are in Meta. Since both aply Frailty and have the same utility there is unnecesary for both to exist at the same time in the same situations.
3. Change the position of "Perfectly Balanced Glaive" and "Meteoric strikes" where were they before. Also make Meteoric strikes create a sigil like it does now... and delete "Perfectly Balanced Glaive", nobody whant to spent any point in that useless ^&*!
4. Make "Soulcrush" overlap ALL the effects of "Frailty" including "Void reaper" and "Vulnerability"
5. Change the effect of "Volatile flamebood" for the "Burning Hunger" we have in the tier set, we need more soul fragment generation
6. Create a talent to improve sigils in some way. Preferably reducing all the cooldowns consuming soul fragments like Feed the Demon does with Demon spikes (the talent Cycle of Binding or chains of anger doesn't exist in our eyes, they are pitiful)
7. improve the "Fiery Brand" branch, It is disproportionately inferior to "Frailty"
8. Give us some defensive CDR like Blur, we seriously need some other defensive, especially one usefull against multiple targets...
9. Soul Barrier and Bulk extraction are extremly lame, no one is going to choose any of those options.
