Cool addition, since most people will be playing/leveling an evoker in the prepatch
Makes sense to let them have something for leveling, albeit not much.
Seems likely to be placeholders: get something in to test as a system function, then create actual abilities once the class is basically ready for release.
Neat to see it as a catch-all for classes added after Shadowlands has finished, though I still have to wonder how Legion content would play out for Evokers should they choose to go through that.
Anyone stupid enough to not realize we're getting evoker as preorder bonus (it's literally in the fine print of the digital preorders) shouldn't be commenting on things like this.
Nice thing to have for them. I can see why it is what is though, the use for SL stuff once DF is in full swing will be MINIMAL and I'd bet people won't be interested in spending more time than is needed in SL once they're done.
Its nice they added this for people on prepatch. And with the leaked schedule for season 4 its not gunna be long. So if prepatch is a couple months? Im alright with this, we get to play around with evoker for a little bit, have fun with prepatch stuff and derp around with Soar for a bit
So evokers get more attention for shadowlands than several specs have gotten for dragonflight (feral, monks, dh, ect). Makes sense, keep up the great work lol.
Could this mean that they will also add a Legion order hall ?
I look forward to playing an evoker in preparation for Dragonflight during the pre-patch events. Also looking forward to how the dracthyr tie in with the Covenants in the first place. The most we've had in reference to dragons (besides Ysera... which I suppose would have to be the angle in for the dracthyr now that I think about it) is that the Oracle spoke draconic to us briefly when trying to communicate.
