I was literally just talking about this to my community 13hrs ago... saying how I suspected blizz might add some portals to oribos to ease the travel to the further away points (even though we have mechagon teleport items and kara teleport ring... is still nice to see perma portals instead)I do hope they stick around afterwards too!

This weird obsession with trying to make mythic dungeons feel like Vanilla where you had to run to the entrance portal - they don't - continues to grow more bizzare with every additional wrinkle. Will there be a bunch of portals to various MoP, WoD and BFA zones in the new dragon city too?
Don't understand is why instead of the portal we don't talk to an npc and get teleported? fixation about portals!
Like others I’m guessing these get removed, they used to have portals to Kara in Dalaran an and got rid of it

I really think this is a bad idea and is symptomatic of the shift away from RPG.There are so many ways already to get around the world. is it that hard to garrison hearth and fly to Gorgrond? Kara is like 2 minutes from Stormwind. I think these portals and instant travel help make the world feel small and make us feel like we're playing a metagame, not actually exploring a world and dungeon.
More portals to make retail's gigantic world feel smaller than classic, yay..
