Again the Community does what Blizzard can't/doesn't/isn't able to do.
How did some of the devs get their jobs even?
Those fan made variatons are awesome!

If you're specifically speaking about the developers, and not the myriad of artists, concept artists, 3d Modelers, and animators... they know how to write code? If you're referencing the four aforementioned titles, they did what they were told, offered designs, and the one they wanted/threw a dart at was the one to get picked. I welcome all the fan-made versions, and think all of them are wonderful in their own right.

I actually wanted the recolor that was replaced...

Comment by Dhrall

The covenant themed ones… Whoever made those should be at Blizzard. Now.

Same, it looked really nice.

I mean its a mount id never get, due to not being a "Meta class", but i do like the coverent idea for it.

Blizzard makes recolored mounts: Wow how lazy
Community recolors some mounts: Hire them now!

i have so far KSM in every season despite being offmeta in first two of them (surv hunter main) its not about being meta or offmeta in +15. What you need is more or less patience. There are players who dont give a F about meta so be patient and you will get it :) trust me :)

No matter what color Blizzard had chosen, ppl would have complainted. Thats just the way the wow community behave. Never good enough.

Comment by sylvanas86

I agree with the above. It seems that, nowadays, all that most of the community can do seems to be complain. Before they change something, when they change something as they wanted, and continue after that too.

If only we could harness that complain energy we would have solved any problem on this planet.

any and every class can and does get ksm or higher every season. dont blame community perception on something you dont want to put enough effort into. i personally am doing keys on every single class atm (except shaman cause im still leveling it up) so even if you arent playing a meta CLASS you should still be doing just fine.

You wanted blue again? yawn. There's so many colors out there, why the same again?

Comment by Zilkoa

I just think we as a community should just be happy. Continue to enjoy the game, and all the mounts that come with it.

The four covenant types are good. I like it. But one must complete the keystone score achievement on the said covenant. So yeah, 4x2000 io score should be good for the 4 mount variations.

Mhmm look good for Time walking mount

It's almost as if there are more fans who can spend their free time to make these things than Blizzard has artists. Like Blizzard has something like a few hundred people in the team working on WoW in total, and you have literally thousands of fans that can do visual design as well. So just by sheer numbers, it's pretty damn obvious why the fans can often come up with all sorts of cool stuff.
