Talk to Ta'hsup in Oribos by the Great Vault to lower your Timewalking Keystone level to 2.

Create "Key Reroll Farm Group" in the Group Finder. You'll fill up quickly, and likely don't even need a healer!

Run a key from your group that you want (typically either Vault of the Wardens or Court of Stars). After the run, have everyone who doesn't have a desirable key reroll theirs. The person who ran their key heads back to Oribos, lowers their key level, and you run again!

Chances are your dungeon run will be shorter than 15 minutes, so you'll easily be looking at 3 or 4 runs per hour, with a high chance of you rolling desirable keystones after each run. I was lucky enough to get my Moonlit Prism last night using this method, and you can as well!
