Honor Points Will Not Reset at the Start of Shadowlands Season 3

We can confirm that Honor will not reset with the start of Season 3. Our intention is for it to carry-over.And we’re working to correct our messaging on this.

There is no equivalent of conquest to pvp as you can't buy M+ items off of a vendor. But after you acquire the conquest gear in pvp what currency upgrades it? Honor. When you acquire m+ gear what currency upgrades it? Valor. Honor is the upgrade currency for high end pvp items and valor is the upgrade currency for high end m+ pve gear. To be fair, it's neat to note that M+ doesn't need to deal with any kind of maintenance as it would likely just be timing something within the week, and realistically if you can time X at a given level, you can also time Y at the same level either way, up to the point gear rewards matter. Though at this point, PvP gear really should just be upgradable independent of rating, with rating allowing for cooler looking sets :shrugs:Comment by VSozonovAre people who are saying that honor and valor are same stupid or are they just not playing the game? Valor is only for upgrading your gear from dungeons and you can earn rio even by losing dungeon. So Valor is much more important and Blizz has to reset valor every season.Comment by pektiSo I need to dump all of my valor points before Blizzard resets them?
