To me this set seems really weak compared to the Outlaw set and even more so to the Sub set(which is kind of OP even in single target). Blizzard seems afraid to get Sin good cleave potential. Assassination rouge is one of the top specs currently and this is a 15%+ buff with the nerf, thats on the high end for what tier sets usually do.Comment by Saword
