Makes sense but with a 2/10 chance of getting the right 20 key.. I'll probably just end up buying the timed 20 now. I did my time with the other 8 dungeons.

cool
still no word on Tazavesh being avaiable on heroic as well in 9.2?

Nice. Glad to know they got it right... even though it's a low bar in this case.

Would have hated this to be a 1 step forward and 2 steps back situation. Taz releasing without a teleport reward for +20, like every other dungeon had added to it this patch, would have just been them shooting themselves in the foot... and it's a mistake I was fully expecting them to make. My faith in the Dev Team is just really low atm.

Open Wowhead: «Damn, the whole recent news section is filled with PTR news; there must be some real changes!»
After checking them out: «Oh, nvm..»

But for real, the ghost wolf forms are really cool! I was just expecting more when I saw the whole recent news section filled up😅

You will literally have more than 8 months at least to “get the right key” put in the effort and it will easily come

I did my 8 20s for the portals and went right back to 15s. There's no consistent reward for consistently doing keys past 15. Right now, 20s are 450K gold. That's a lot less effort than spamming 19s and hoping they reroll into the right 20.

Jesus this mentality is so crazy. Go find people to play with, join a guild or a community and you'll have way higher chances for whatever key you need. Also why do you need to have rewards the moment they are released?

As I've jokingly said in my M+ group: "who's ready to hunt 1/5 keys to get a chance at getting half the requirement for a useless teleport?". You can replace keys and there's some prestige to gain from running 20s, but there's a truth to it though.

Not really sure how motivated I am to get a Tazavesh teleport on my main even... the place is not that interesting. I have the other teleports that Blizzard released, so I probably will. Point stands that this dungeon does not necessarily merit a teleport: there are no 'other' activities to do in and around Tazavesh and there is a fight path directly to the dungeon from Oribos, you'd literally get it to teleport to a TV+, and once you have this done on 20s there is no real point besides pushing beyond 20. At least all the other teleports give you easy access to the zones they're in.

What they could consider is to make a Hero meta-achievement for season 2 and reward the Tazavesh teleports via that instead. I can time 20s now, do I really need to time Tazavesh in season 3 also? Of course, this would conflict with actually making a Hero achievement for Tazavesh, so I'll probably still do it, but it's a thought.

Who says I don't have these things? I'm in a 9/10M guild w/ players actively doing keys. I just don't find it interesting to go past 15s for no rewards outside 2 new portals. And who said anything about having the rewards 'the moment they are released'?

Comment by the9tail

As a teleport its replacing something thats pretty low effort compared to the flight point time plus flight to portal time of other dungeons. Like I feel they should throw in a special recoloured tmog of a dungeon drop or something.

i get the other portals but TV portal seems unneeded imo. /shrug

this is such a weird way to think, this patch is probably gonna be the longest of the expansion or atleast as long as 9.1, you will have so so much time to find keys for these new dungeons lmao.

Comment by TrueXirro

I mean we saw this with BFA's Mechagon so its not a big surprise, but we definitly need this 2 more dungeons in M+ to have more variety. Great change. :)

Comment by Jedit

Well, if you want the S3 mount you'll probably have to do at least one wing...

(Joking aside, this isn't strictly true - you can complete any 8 dungeons at +20 on both Fort and Tyr to get 2.5k. But it's extremely likely that you'll get at least one of the Taz wings in that time.)

Comment by Raven1172

Then why exactly are you complaining? The complaint also seems, well "whiney" no offense since you yourself said its a struggle to get the "right key" yet now tell us you are in a 9/10m guild (humble brag) and etc etc.

You do not really have a "complaint" you just decided you didn't want to do it. Simple. No need to tell us all on the forums why you think it sucks when the reason is silly.

Comment by Swalshy4

You're projecting. I gave my feedback and a solution /for myself/ (not everyone) in the same message.

This teleport makes almost zero sense but sure

?

It doesn't have to be your key to get the achievement. You can just join any 20+ group in groupfinder, as you can now for any other key...
