Brewmaster Tier Set Bonuses in Patch 9.2

NEW Targets ignited by Breath of Fire deal an additional 4% less damage to you.
NEW Breath of Fire empowers your next Tiger Palm or Blackout Kick, increasing Shuffle duration and Brew cooldown reduction by 100%.

Mistweaver Tier Set Bonuses in Patch 9.2

NEW Essence Font's residual healing effect lasts an additional 2 sec.
NEW Drinking Thunder Focus Tea summons a Progenitor Rune of Healing, increasing all healing dealt while inside its bounds by 123.

Windwalker Tier Set Bonuses in Patch 9.2

NEW Increases Fists of Fury damage by 40%.
NEW After 10 offensive abilities, your next 3 offensive abilities deal an additional 22% damage.

You never drop shuffle ever anyway, so blackout kicking after a breath of fire is now a mistake. Does not make tiger palm feel any worse to press either. None of this changes how you play (except the negative change of not consuming it on blackout kick) nor change your talent choices.

For mistweaver.. sigh. If every single heal gets buffed by a small flat amount you're just gonna keep playing the exact same way too. Rjw, essence font and rising mists to blanket the raid in tiny heals without any player agency on what you're healing.
