Blizzard

The 9.1.5 content update arrives November 2! When it launches, you'll be able to freely switch Covenants, as well as take advantage of all the new customization options and quality of life changes. The Legion Timewalking Event will run for two weeks the first time it arrives in early December.

Blizzard

The weekly bonus events schedule has been adjusted and now Timewalking dungeon events will occur every three weeks (was alternating every third or fourth week).

Please...
Just let it be available ALL the time already...

this restriction is just unnecessary.

Oof! That's a long ways away.. and 18 weeks is... insane!

dude?

Comment by salemjs

Every what?.. 18 weeks? That's bonkers.

Comment by TheGobby

Unless they intend to make every Timewalking event special then this is so arbitrary. Create content and then not let us play it.

Ahahahhahah

So mage tower will avaliable every 18 weeks thereafter?

Comment by tmptfate

So the TW Mage Tower is available for 1 week every 4.5 MONTHS? LOLOL, what a F'ing joke *Insert Bender laughing* That is some serious content gating.

Comment by Gornond

Just under 3x a year is STILL crazy, they need to drastically change tw in how often they show up

Great.

timewalking needs a complete rework. it doesnt feel rewarding to do and it should be available at all times. they should have spent the last 5 months doing a timewalking overhaul....

Comment by Hexelyion

Just let it stay open for crying out loud. Blizzard and their time gating

Comment by Mioko

18 weeks, that just feels stupid !

Comment by Troy2Slick

Blizzard doing Blizzardly stupid things as usual. What a dumpster fire.

Comment by ErKo95

Suggestion: Make Mage Tower available always but each season it gets a new unique reward and the last reward won't be available anymore

Comment by SapoQLxd

Why not make timewalking every week, so people can do dungeons and raid different content every week, so if you want to do Black Temple you dont have to wait almost 5 months, the same goes for the other raids and dungeons.

Imagine releasing a patch in the worst content drought in WoW in the last 5 years, and making the main feature of said patch available 1 week every 18. Literally every step is being taken to sink this game into the ground, with absolutely certainty. The only other explanation is that they are actually that inept, which is, if anything, even more terryfing.

Blizz...for your own good listen to me. I love this game but your content is dry and dead in 9.1

9.1.5 is not actually solving your content drought. You have an easy path to semi content relief by keeping legion timewalking m+ open. Don't want to keep it open forever? Fine, here's a suggestion. Keep it open until 9.2 or whatever comes next and THEN put it on a schedule. This is such an easy move to make to at least give people who enjoy dungeons something "new" to do and fill their time in game with. And now that it's built it's minimal effort on your end, you just don't put timegates around it.

Stop making your own lives harder :) <3
