Burning Crusade Classic Hotfixes May 27, 2021 - Dodge Rating Fix

Here you'll find a list of hotfixes that address various issues related to World of Warcraft: Shadowlands and WoW Classic. Some of the hotfixes below take effect the moment they were implemented, while others may require scheduled realm restarts to go into effect. Please keep in mind that some issues cannot be addressed without a client-side patch update. This list will be updated as additional hotfixes are applied.

Burning Crusade Classic

Classes

Fixed an issue where Dodge Rating was not affecting the player’s chance to dodge attacks.
Rogue

Cheap Shot can once again be used on a target affected by Kidney Shot.

Dungeons and Raids

Naxxramas

The damage from Shadow Fissure now properly aligns with the visual effect.

Professions

Leatherworking trainers have remembered how to craft Dark Leather Boots and will now teach aspiring leatherworkers the recipe.

Quests

Fixed an issue where Warbringers would sometimes not offer a Call to Arms daily quest to players if they completed a Call to Arms daily quest the previous day.
Fixed an issue where the Filled Shimmering Vessel for the Horde quest “Claiming the Light” could not be obtained if your inventory is full.

Be glad can even do in combat instead of having to have feign resist and not be able to put down at all!

I believe out of combat is instant'ish to arm, so it's a drawback of not placing prior to combat.
