Overview: [PH] The Eye of the Jailer fights players directly on the platform with its own attacks while aided by the Slothseeker and Rotseeker Eyes that assist it. At every 25% of health lost, the Eye of the Jailer casts Stygian Ejection and retreats to fight from a distance while players fight the ejected Rotseeker and Slothseeker Eyes. Upon defeating the smaller eyes, the Eye of the Jailer returns to the platform to fight once again.
At 25% health, the Eye of the Jailer begins Immediate Extermination to wipe out all mortal life on the platform.

Tanks:
[PH] [Crashing Chain] will damage other people in the raid for the amount of damage you take after mitigation.
[PH] Rotseeker Eyes endlessly corrupt the ground below them with [Jailer's Misery] and still attack with [Stabbing Glare].
[PH] Slotheseeker Eyes deal more damage the slower you move with [Crushing Fatigue] and still attack with [Stabbing Glare].
Damage Dealers:
Slothseeker and Rotseeker Eyes will continuously debuff all targets after killed on the platform until their partner eye is also slain.

Stage One: The Unending Voice:
Kyra and Signe stand as a first line of defense, preventing intruders from continuing.

Other abilities from the pieces of Shadowscourge will foil players' ability to deal with these effects; and these abilities will alter their behavior as individual pieces of the armor are knocked loose.

Tanks:
The Helm of Dominion will automatically choose which tank to [Blight] from its current location when it reaches 100 energy.
Orbs of Torment take significantly less damage until their [Eternal Torment] is removed by hitting the orb with [Blight].
[Curse of Malevolence] knocks back all players from the position of the victim upon expiration.
Damage Dealers:

Torment: Shoots random players with Shadow energy, causing them to suffer 11029 Shadow damage every 3 sec. for 15 sec.
Unrelenting Torment: The Orb of Torment begins to pulse with lethal energy, inflicting 11029 Frost damage to all players every 1 sec.
The Orb of Torment uses this ability when its health is depleted and continues until it is thrown off the edge of the platform.

Malevolence: Curses random targets with Malevolence for 21 sec. When this effect ends all players are knocked back from the victim's location and take 11017 Shadow damage.
The duration of Curse of Malevolence varies with the number of targets hit.

Dark Impact: Standing in Dark Impact inflicts 16531 Shadow damage every 1 sec.

Blight: Strikes the target for 16531 Physical damage and causes them to suffer for an additional 5508 Shadow damage every 1 sec for 6 sec.
When Blight expires, Ner'zhul will cast Suffering on them.
Suffering: Blights all players in a straight line through the target for 16531 Shadow damage.
Victims takes an additional 500% damage from Create Inquisitor's Crest for 20 sec.
Blight automatically targets the secondary tank once Remnant of Ner'zhul reaches 100 energy.

Orbs of Torment in the path of Blight become more vulnerable to damage.
Grasp of Malice: Summons ethereal fingers of Malice that will collapse inward, inflicting 5502 Shadow damage every 1 sec. for 10 sec. to all players caught in the grasp.
When the Malicious Gauntlets are knocked off of the Animated Armor, they will move to random locations and fire outward in a fan.
Burst of Agony: Plants a seed of Agony in random players that inflicts 11029 Fire damage every 3 sec. After 12 sec., victims unleash 100 Fire damage to all players. This damage decreases the further victims are from the center of the explosion.
The size of the explosion's lethal area decreases the further the victim is from the caster.

Shatter: A piece of the armor imprisoning the Remnant of Ner'zhul breaks off, releasing 16525 Shadow damage to all players.
The armor piece falls to the ground and triggers a Dark Impact.

Dark Impact: As each piece of armor is removed it explodes on impact, inflicting 100 Shadow damage to all players within 10 yards.

Aura of Contempt: Inflicts 5135 Shadow damage to all players every 3 sec.
Fires missiles of Contempt every 15 sec.

Realign Fate: Fatescribe Roh-Kalo activates the Loom of Fate, pushing the runes representing his own fate into a new alignment. While he is doing so, his damage taken is reduced by 99%.
The power derived from this builds in Roh-Kalo, until he is able to invoke the Darkest Destiny for all players.
Realigning the runes to their original orientation re-connects Roh-Kalo to his true fate.

Fatespawn Anomaly

Anomalous Blast: Strikes a single nearby enemy for 13771 Shadow damage instantly and 6610 Shadow damage every 2 sec for 8 sec.

Fate Fragment: Fragments of possible fates pass through the arena as Fatescribe Roh-Kalo realigns his own fate.
Touching one of these fragments triggers Frayed Fate.

Overview: Death cannot touch Kel'Thuzad so long as his phylactery remains, and in defeating the lich the Phylactery opens and empowers him. During this window, players may enter the Phylactery to destroy the last vestige of Kel'Thuzad's soul before the door closes, but while they do so the armies of Kel'Thuzad emerge from the soul stream to asault the raid.
Each time the Phylactery empowers Kel'Thuzad, he gains a stack of [Necrotic Surge].
After the Phylactery is destroyed, Kel'Thuzad unleashes all his power and minions to obliterate the raid before death can finally take him.

Tank swap before your stacks of [Soul Fracture] get too high.
Run through a defeated Soul Shards to remove a stack of [Soul Exhaustion].

Overview: At the start of the encounter Alcruux will cast [Gluttonous Feast] which will remain until the end of the encounter, transfering to the closest player upon expiration.

When a player touches a Relocator, they are instantly teleported to the other Relocator that matches it.
Divide: So'azmi divides the area with a barrier that players are unable to move or target through.
Triple Technique: So'Azmi uses his secret three-part technique.
Upon completion he hurls burning blades at all players, inflicting 4450 Fire damage every 1 sec for 10 sec.
This spell must be intterupted 3 times to prevent it from casting.
Quickblade: So'Azmi dashes through a player, causing players in his path to suffer 3 Physical damage and bleed for 3 Physical damage every 1 sec for 10 sec.

Hylbrande

[PH] The Broker's theft of an ancient Titan artifact has awoken the guardian Hylbrande, the Sword of the Keepers. Players must deal with this security construct and the Titan safety measures he commands.

Overview: Hylbrande attacks players with physical strikes that cleave in front of him, and summons Vault Purifiers to bolster his defenses. Once Hylbrande reaches full energy, he will start a Sanitizing Cycle to cleanse the room.

Damage Dealers:
Purged by Fire leaves behind purging fields that limit the playspace and can make it dangerous to access panels.
Vault Purifiers reduce the amount of damage that Hylbrande takes when they are allowed to channel, and restrict the ability to input bypass codes if left alive during Sanitizing Cycle.
Healers:
Purged by Fire will focus damage on a player.
Players are likely to be very spread out during Sanitizing Cycle.
Tanks:
Shearing Swings and Titanic Crash both hit all players in front of Hylbrande.
Vault Purifiers reduce the amount of damage that Hylbrande takes when they are allowed to channel, and restrict the ability to input bypass codes if left alive during Sanitizing Cycle.

Shearing Swings: Hylbrande takes two consecutive swings at all players in front of him with his sword, inflicting 40 Physical damage, and then 40 Physical damage.

Purged by Fire: The Titanic Defense Turret focuses intense energy at a player's feet, inflicting 3 Holy damage every 0.3 sec., and leaves behind a Purging Field.

Sanitizing Cycle: Hylbrande channels titan power from the chamber and begins to fill the room with a sanitizing field to purge all unauthorized life forms. As a safety measure, the facility manifests four bypass codes. If security is bypassed, the process will stop. Hylbrande is immune to all damage while channeling.

Titan Console: Manipulating the Titan Console reveals a bypass combination pattern.
Security Panel: Security panels can be socketed with bypass codes.
Bypass Code: Helvete: The player carries a Bypass Code, which inflicts 445 Fire damage every 1.5 sec. while carried and can be socketed into nearby Security Panels.
Bypass Code: Lys: The player carries a Bypass Code, which inflicts 445 Holy damage every 1.5 sec. while carried and can be socketed into nearby Security Panels.
Bypass Code: Fryse: The player carries a Bypass Code, which inflicts 445 Frost damage every 1.5 sec. while carried and can be socketed into nearby Security Panels.

Vault Defender: Vault Purifiers join the fight two at a time as Hylbrande calls for them.

Empowered Defense: Vault Purifiers channel energy into Hylbrande, reducing all damage taken by 25%.
Keeper's Protection: The Vault Purifier channels a protective shield on a security panel, blocking interaction.
Valorous Bolt: The Vault Purifier blasts a target with energy, inflicting 11125 Holy damage.

Upon reaching 100 energy, Hooktail uses her infinite magics to greatly empower her allies with [Double Time].

Stay away from Corsair Brutes and try to kite them into Hooktail's [Infinite Breath] or [Cannon Barrage]
Kill Corsair Brutes quickly while they are stunned by [Infinite Breath]

Infinite Breath: Hooktail's powerful breath inflicts 15576 Arcane damage and stuns players within a frontal cone for 3 sec. Corsair Brutes hit are stunned and take increased damage for 10 sec.
Hook Swipe: Hooktail swipes her tail, inflicting 15576 Physical damage to players and Corsairs and knocking them back.
Players can be Hook'd! by this effect.
Double Time: Fed up with the player's resistance, Timecap'n Hooktail calls upon her infinite magic to drastically increase the movement and attack speed of any Corsair Brutes in the area.

Corsair Cannoneers

Grapeshot: Cannon fire from Hooktail's ship inflict 8010 Fire damage to players.
Anchor Cannon: Fires an Anchor Shot directly at a player, dealing 9790 Physical damage, stunning and dragging them towards the Sea Cucumber for 10 sec.

Striking a relic with Hyperlight Jolt disrupts its link with So'leah.
Hyperlight Jolt: So'leah unleashes a blast of energy through all players inflicting 8900 Arcane damage in a line between each player and increasing damage taken from Hyperlight Jolt by 50% for 15 sec.
Striking a relic with the blast disrupts its link with So'leah.
Collapsing Star: So'leah forms an orb containing 4 charges of Collapsing Energy that persists for 20 sec. Each time a player comes into contact with the Collapsing Star it consumes a charge to apply Collapsing Energy to all players, inflicting 9 Arcane damage every 1 sec for 3 sec.
All remaining charges of Collapsing Energy are consumed when the Collapsing Star expires.
Relocation: So'leah shifts relics to new positions.
Energy Fragmentation: So'leah triggers a violent reaction in a relic, releasing energy fragments in several directions. Players caught in the path of an energy fragment are knocked away and suffer 33 Arcane damage and an additional 8 Arcane damage every 2 sec for 6 sec.
Hyperlight Nova: So'leah and the relics erupt, inflicting 22251 Arcane damage to all players within 12 yards.

I can't help but feel that this is rushing the expansion quite oddly: for months they've been hyping this up as The Biggest Baddest Threat Ever (tm) and we've spanked it in half the time it took to dispose of the Legion.

Why do I foresee some kind of "expectations subverted" moment on the cards, wherein the Jailer is disposed of in 9.2 and the Real Real Bigger Badder Bad is unveiled? Most likely a First One. Or it will turn out that it was Denathrius all along, scheming with his Nathrezim. Or it turns out Sylvanas and the Jailer were right and we end up using the Nathrezim knowledge to topple all the other powers in the universe, considering they know their flaws.
