A welcome change, now fix the first boss on Plaguefall.
Why not just make it 90 minutes?

Also unlike other M+s like Halls or Spires where it feels like the trash packs are straightforward, De Other Side feels like you need to pull extra in the 3rd boss room to get the enemy %.
41min for a dungeon.. other dungeons have less bosses and like 30min.. wrap it up a bit here blizz

They need decrease the amount of trash required too. Always have to pull most of the trash on the last boss to get 100%

You can always just downrank your key if you aren't ready for a 9 or 10.
No downside to this change. De Other Side was always a tight race to time or +2 the key.
