Wrath of the Jailer is kill some trash and then fight this big bad champion that can mess you up, even in a with tank, healer and dps. This event is just... meh? Collect trash before the phase-shifted enemy does it. And then kill two very underwhelming 250k enemies? I just was so ready for phase 3 of that event but.. nothing. It felt like we missed something, but nope, that was just it. You see Hunt: Soul Eaters on your map (sadly you only see this on your map when you're in the Maw). You go to this location and Shifting Life-Eater will be there but he's unattackable.

What happens is an event will start every few minutes or so. When the event starts you will see a progress bar for "Ritual Progress" and a goal of killing 20 x Displaced Soul Feeder. What you basically have to do is kill the 20 x Displaced Soul Feeder before the Shifting Life-Eater kills enough to fill the Progress Bar. There is another npc Undying Soulbinder that will be creating Displaced Soul Feeder from 3 piles. So you need to kill them before the Shifting Life-Eater gets to them.

Then, if you kill them in time, you will have to kill the two elites Shifting Life-Eater and the Undying Soulbinder that is with him.

If you kill them you get 525 rep that's it. There is no drop.

I think just one person needs to get to 20, so if you have a bunch of ppl soloing just one makes it to 20 (can be other faction too I think, maybe only with wm off) and then everyone can attack the elites.

I can't imagine this is soloable.
