Hello. I just wanted to highlight the answer to this question for leveling in Shadowlands.

The effects provided by the Draught of Ten Lands have been disabled for characters who are at level 50 or higher. We do not intend for there to be any exceptions to that.

The draught will still provide its expected effects to player-characters at level 49 and below.

Almost assuredly you will reach 60 before completing the covenant campaign, and if you're slightly behind then you'll only have to do a few side quests. Latest balance passes (not that that means much since even currently-true info can be wrong on launch, see Relics of the Past) show that campaign alone should get you to 60. That SHOULD be the intent. Just play the game, focus on the quests, and have fun in some brand new and quite strange zones.

Remember, you have to complete the campaign once to unlock alternate leveling paths, end game content, etc. If you're doing dungeons to hit 60 the first time, you're an absolute fool.Comment by HorsdereThis falls in line with absolutely everything not working above level 50.
