These have now been hotfixed into the Beta.

Give it the Blade Flurry treatment or take it off completely already - what's the %^&*ing point of this weird ass half GCD on a spell that does absolutely nothing?Comment by KezarenSomething I've always worried about when it comes to Storm, Earth, and Fire: even with the GCD, if I use my abilities too soon after popping it, the clones are sometimes not in position, and fail to imitate me. When that happens, it feels bad to think I've ended up doing a lot less damage than I would have done if I hadn't used the damage cooldown. Taking SEF off the GCD makes me want to hit Fists of Fury immediately, but I worry that I'm giving them no time to get into range of their targets, and it'll feel bad even more often.

It would be comforting to know that the clones were purely visual and the damage of SEF was instant, reliable, and consistently dealt to nearby targets regardless of what the clones appear to be doing.Comment by khaldron

Since you can't read yourself, I'll light the way for you. They stated they're adding increasing damage CDs off the GCD, but not those that make you cleave on damage. Classic Blizz!~ :DComment by SanderdunWarning Very long: I can only speak to the class/specs that I am familiar to playing as at max level.This is my personal analysis I know other people may feel differently, but this is my experience on the PTR with these class/specs so far. Many if not most of my toons were manually leveled, and since my goal is every class at max level in both factions I have at some point played from lvl0- max every class if not every spec.

Death Knight (Frost)- Death and Decay should mechanically should be exactly like
(pali)consecration where the circle drops at your feet on a short cool down that is not GCD instead of a tooltip you have to worry about placing while trying to avoid enemy mechanics.

Paladin (Protection)- Consecration should be removed from the GCD and its duration/cool down synced to prevent overlap.

Hunter (BM)- Hunters Mark should be removed from the GCD and a short cool down implemented. Also Hunters Mark is an intersting mechanic and has a respectable place in the heart of many an old school hunter, but mechanically it does not fit the role of the modern hunter as caster support/trash mitigation considering the reduction of over all damage that came with it. A mechanic that shares a portion of its effect with AOE spells like Multi-shot and Chimera Shot should be implemented. Or, Blizzard could change the nature of Hunters mark its self to cause Bleed over time damage to that target in combination with its other effects that is prolonged as long as the mark is active and ends 1-3sec after the mark is changed.

Shaman (enhancement)- Just change them back and give them the 2 new totems, and healing spell cause the current changes are just a total mulligan. Blizzard took a fun to play spec and completely and totally butchered it, enhancement had to be one of the most fun class/specs with the ability to mog fist weapons over your hammers there was nothing like throwing lightning enhanced hands with vigor. Now its all slow with constant cast channels that reduce the flow of play significantly and force the player to take inevitable damage as the GCD rich enhancements are applied and necessary channels that modify damage play out. The extra healing spells are appreciated not because of raid utility, but because 2 or 3 regular mobs will kill you before your first punch if it weren't for the totem.

Shadow Priest- If a player selects legacy of the void then Void Form should not have a cool down its mechanic should be the same as it was before the change.

Mage (Fire)- Just stop right there don't change anything. Seriously put the code book down and call it a successful day. Lacking any kind of familiar or temporary summon Fire makes up for it with their instant proc spells that Makes them what I like to call a running mage. Always though you ran the risk of messing up your rotation and having to resort to beating the last few hit points off the enemy with your stick. The current tweaks are just enough to to keep me from having to use my stick to bash out those last points well done.

Demon Hunter (Havoc)- Lets be honest this class plays more like a character from another game specifically Ninja Gaiden. The double jump and glide is just plain cheating in the World of Warcraft considering the history of jumping in this game in which it back in the day it was almost more of a novelty RP mechanic than something to use in the environment or during combat. That being said the class is extremely fun to play and explore with and a good transition for new players from other more movement friendly games. The current changes are fine with no further tweaks necessary.

Monk (Wind walker)- I see no real problem here. Most of the updates were to spell language and damage amounts and all seems well if not slightly better.

Rogue (outlaw)- During legion there was an ability called Bombardment which was a AOE tooltip placed damage where an off screen ship would fire a volley of cannonballs at your target which considering pistol shot, between the eyes, and blunderbuss gave the spec a decidedly Pirate like feel that was honestly amazing. For reasons only known to the devs in BfA (A nautical themed xpack) they decided to white board this spec removing much of that uniqueness. Instead of trying to make outlaw more like assassination and subtlety in Shadowlands they should take some time to really develop it in to the swash buckling rogues they were meant to be by bringing back bombardment, and maybe even bringing in an ability that calls in some swabbies to back you up for a short time similar to the effect of Shadow fiend(SP) or Xuen(WM). All I am saying is that there are tons of missed opportunities here that are being sorely missed.

Warrior (Fury)- At first I was excited to have the option to put a shield in my off hand and hack and slice my way to fake tank glory. However considering that mid fight if a tank drops you will be in combat and unable to quick equip to step in and the fact that doing so removes your ability to use your spec related spells it was just a fluff add that makes little sense. All the spec needed was the addition of iggnore pain which should have been added as a non-GCD ability that boasted a cooldown/duration limit that prevented spamming. like 8sec cool down to a 6 second duration.

Warlock (Demonology)- *Evil Laugh* This spec is probably the most over developed in the entire game. Honestly if you take more that 15% damage at any point outside of a Heroic+ dungeon then you should probably just stop playing casters all together. The Void Walker might as well be the only summon as it holds agg better than even player tanks and does so AOE. If you take the time to siphon health to it you either are doing so for RP purposes, boredom or haven't realized that summoning another is significantly faster. The spec is fine as is no real tweaks necessary the additions they made are super dungeon/raid specific and out side of those situations 100% unnecessary.

Druid (feral)- I am fairly happy with my cat man in Shadowlands so far. For those that may not know you can make a simple macro that combines Tiger's Fury into one of your combo ender spells or finishers. Or, of course you can just remember to hit it just before a kill so it resets but that gets tedious quick. This increases your resource generation between enemies and prevents the stop of combat flow (the complaint that feral is slow). As long as they do not jack that up the spec will play smooth if not require some diligent rotation timing.

Hopefully some of this will be seen by a bored Dev, but I sure ain't holding my breath.
