RIP fast leveling?

Comment by Jeytilly

That's a @#$%ing downer

Comment by Zewinter

That's a lot of extra xp from 50 to 60. As a beta tester we leveled a bit too fast, but this seems a lot. Now you could probably end up finishing the main questlines and not being 60.

Comment by Theradon

Didn't they said they removed xp from heirlooms because leveling is going to be a lot faster?...

Comment by 1863933

The leveling through shadowlands was too quick anyway, most people would get to 60 and forget that they have to finish the story to choose a covenant.

Comment by AzralarTheFallen

I'm down. More time to finish the main quest and probably do some side quests as well.

Comment by Rising447

Oh hey wonder if this means the lvl 60 templates are coming soon. The exp to lvl always is a little less during the alpha and beta stages. So this isn't really a big surprise.

Comment by Tomtauren

I would accept it if it's only from 50 to 60, but goes up from 38, just why?

Comment by vultraz

I honestly don't hate that, people on beta were getting 60 before even getting to Revendreth, it was totally expectable.

Then go in and test it. Why do you think they gave you access?

From 1 - 50.

Not from 50 - 60.

Comment by starrkin

Which has been the case for most expansions, I don't think it's that bad if you're only a half/full level off.

RIP fast leveling?

Not really. Leveling is still gonna be MUCH faster than on live.

Comment by Ztinktoof

Very good move....I was already halfway to 52 before I had even began questing in Bastion.

Pretty much my opinion too.

Personally I did 4x dungeons and every main quest and side quest and I only dinged L60 just about the last chapter of Revendreth.

I'm not sure how they expect to fill this gap between the last Revendreth questline and L60 ?

That runs counter to what almost everyone has said that has tested beta that I have talked to. People were saying they were barely starting Revendreth and were 60 easily. Are you sure you did everything?

Comment by Siarc

Blizzard always finds a way to kill the buzz lol

Comment by tmptfate

30% increase for levels 50-60 means about 1.5-2 hours time required per level even when pushing hard on quests and dungeons. Oof.

Comment by juniordluk

This is pretty much fine, many many ppl were reporting being MAXED 60 way before the ending of the main quest, even when doing ONLY the main quest.
