Let go void elf venryr happy 😊 they will nail it next expansion
As predicted, most of these are just lazy stat modifiers that don't provide any meaningful change to your spec. Welcome to the corporate world where everything needs to get out fast regardless of quality.I'm waiting on Legendaries' effects, as well set see if there are sets and then I'll have my answer on whether or not SL is BfA 2.0. No amount of good art, story and whatver else can make up for the fact that there's nothing interesting to do with classes throughout the patches.I hope I'm wrong. For everyone's sake.
I'm not sure i feel good about having an Necrolord Enhancement Shaman in my group...
i am getting worried about the covenants more and more to be honest. i like to swap between my mage specs and even though reforging is expensive in BFA is you do it too often you arent really locked into it and can swap when you want to. With the covenant abilities looking like their power is catering to different specs (kyrian empowered glacial spike, necro empowered combustion and night fae more frequent arcane burn windows) i wonder if i straight up have to decide what spec i want to play for the rest of the expansion on my main.
I like many of the abilities and can think they will add some fun gameplay. What concerns me is the lack of possibilities to change depending on the situation you are in. You want to raid and picked the wrong Covenant? Forget it. You picked the right one, but is nerfed a month later, and now there is a different one thats way above the rest? Tough luck. Unfortunately I smell balancing issues all the way for these abilities, which is a major issue when they can’t be switched frequently.

The other three Monk abilities are Fallen Order, Faeline Stomp, and Bonedust Brew.Faeline Stomp is easy to miss because it's under 'Ardenweld' (which is both not the name of the faction and not the name of zone 'Ardenweald'). Funny stuff.
Incredibly worried something like this is going to be a common occurrence for toons:Want the cosmetic of Covenant A.Want the Signature Ability of Covenant C.DPS spec wants class ability from Covenant B.Tank spec wants class ability from Covenant D.Not to mention how different types of content (mythic+, raiding, pvp) just confounds this further. Guess we'll see how it actually plays out in testing.
I can't see the Warrior Necrolord ability to go live. Sounds almost mandatory for every M+ group. I just fear that some abilities are just so nice for certain content that people only want the class if they have chosen the correct covenant. Everything I read so far sounds cool and I want it, I just do not want to be locked into one covenant ability. The worst is that some skill are useful for one specc but not for the other. So if I love to play different roles I am gimped in one. Sure a lot of players probably don't care because they don't play Arena, M+ or Raid... but it annoys me because I want to be a good addition to my group and help us succeed ~~That is something fun for me. Yes we all love different things and we can't all be perfectly happy. It's just that exactly this drives me away from the game. And I don't even sim or raid mythic...Also I really don't want to be in the devs shoes to have to decide on stuff like this. I understand where they are coming from, they are proud of it and really want to be more RPG and choice... but why like this. Explore more choice in story content, in side content like followers, give me choice how I want to progress but don't lock me out of power forever. Maybe we have to sacrifice someone but have to chose one of two characters we learned to love? I can think up so much ideas to feed the RPG side of the game :/And you are a DH and love PvP? Better be Night Fae.But as a Paladin main I really wanna try Kyrian as tank und throw my shields around like crazy xD
Rogues got some interesting abilities. I like both Slaughter and Sepsis and I think the competition of which covenant is the best for Rogues will come down to which one of those two does more damage when the expansion goes live. Serrated Bone Spike having a measly 10 energy cost and applying a permanent DoT means it's basically giving us a ranged attack. That being said I'm now in a predicament because the one thing that interests me the most (ranged Rogue abilities) is locked behind a covenant that my Blood Elf Rogue would never join. These really should've just been talents we can choose that happen to be themed around the covenants.
These abilities make so much sense when you realize the devs can't see with all that clown paint on their faces.
tbh everything else is promising except those class covenant abilities. we are the one playing the game so listen to us even for once. u guys wont be able to balance this thing and even if u do this thing will cost too much time probably mid to end of the expansion.
