Patch 8.3 Hotfixes for February 3rd - New Hunter Tames, Horrific Vision Tuning for Tanks and Healers

Hunter

Angerhoof Bull, Anzu, Blaithe, Doe, Greathorn Stag, Irewing, Motorback Ape, and Porkchop are now tamable.
Ji-Kun, Ssinkrix, Qroshekx, Xaarshej should now retain their names when tamed.

Creatures and NPCs

Lalathin should now appear in all phases of Suramar.

Horrific Visions

Further reduced the health of enemies in Horrific Visions for players who enter the instance as a solo healer or tank specialization; healers will face enemies with 42% less health and tanks will fight enemies with 25% reduced health.

Developers' note: We'd like players to be able to upgrade their legendary cloak without feeling like they have to change specialization. The difficulty of Horrific Visions adjusts dynamically based on party composition, but they're still a bit rough for solo healers and tanks, so we're making some tweaks to help those players out.

Fixed an issue that prevented Vision Hunters' buff text from displaying the proper values.
Items and Rewards

The Humming Black Dragonscale proc no longer affects character movement, but it can be activated to slow the wearer's falling speed as long as they are wearing their legendary cloak.
Unequipping Manifesto of Madness will remove its associated effects.
Unequipping Humming Black Dragonscale after using it will cancel its effects.

I don't have an interrupt on my healer for instance.

Hopefully this means they will consider healers more in this kind of content in Shadowlands. I would hate for the Tower of the damned to be only designed with dps in mind.Comment by KelrasWoohoo! As soon as you speak with wrathion and you enter in the horrific vision, you can no longer change your spec.

And i'm sure that the health % of mob are set AS SOON as your character get teleported in the halls of Orgrimmar or next to the Church of Stormwind.

So the ONLY WAY that i could POTENTIALLY see that working(the way you wrote it) is that they somehow time their switching spec with the cast of wrathion, and as Wrathion finish his cast, and that your cast for switching spec is at 0.1 second, maybe the teleportation(when your screen is voidly)... it could occur? maybe?

So unless the game is programmed that if the players switch spec, then the HP modifier to ALL ENEMIES are changed as well, then it shouldn't be an issue.Comment by LucipurrCertainly you should know how incorrect that statement is right? The health scales, it isn't fixed when you zone in. If you enter as a healer than swap to dps, the enemy health values you simply scale up to how they should be if you were a dps.
