It should be interesting to see how much screaming there is tomorrow when people find out the Mechagnome requirements are a bit steeper than any other Allied Race. Mythic Dungeon requirement? Oh yeah they're giving a break on a Heroic version in a couple weeks. Very odd decision for that Allied Race, IMHO. Considering both factions could earn rep, why not just make them like the Panda's and pick Horde/Alliance later? This service is for the people who want to have a quick way to change their character. Race changes didn't use to be a thing until enough players asked for them to implement it. It's not a pay to win service. It's there for the folks who are willing to pay for the convenience- not everyone wants to pay it, so there's also the option to use wow tokens for bnet balance instead. But again, it's a convenience. Not a necessity. I personally would rather pay a small amount to change my character on the rare occasion I feel the urge to instead of leveling one, and I'm supporting the developers who programmed this function for me to use when I do. Not everything should be free. Just because it's just pixels and data and is done "automatically" doesn't mean no work had to be put in to make it happen, to continue to make sure that "system" keeps working. The developers, QA and customer support that oversee these services on the back end need to be paid too.Comment by WhatthekittyomgA: "money grab!"
