The fact that the mantid are swarming again, something that is suppose to be once every century, means their numbers should be relatively small considering the damage we did during MoP eliminating them in their home turf and then taking out the Klaxxi. But they breached the wall again and are now in the Vale? Man Pandaren, I thought you were suppose to be good at fighting.
Doesn't the Vulpera Heritage Armor contain a Rucksack as their "cloak" option as well?
We need more backpacks MOAR BACKPACKS!
The rucksack is part of the heritage chest, not the cloak. With the Voidelf, the wings are “attached” to the heritage chest piece. With the totems for the Highmountain and Tauren, I do not know
The bee is cute. But I really do not need more insects. XD It will get collected non the less. I am excited about the prospect of more backpacks as back pieces.
Can't get excited until I hear if horde is allowed this mount.
I've got a feeling that this mount will be the 'Glory of the x raider' reward.
My only problem with the mount is the colours remind me of the parrot from Aladdin, so I keep calling it Iaggoth.
FINALLY! PLEASE make Quivers! Jesus! Only been what 15y? I can't pull arrows out of my butt anymore! Have some mercy in the name of the light! (T_T)
For many years now I have been on forums and always request, suggest and mention things that I think we players would like, and for Blizzard to please consider backpacks for us explorers, rucksacks for us adventurers and satchels, totes, pockets and pouches for our professions, hobbies and trades. I have always wanted civilian, profession-themed, and adventurer / explorer outfits - gear that is not necessarily class or raid / zone themed, but rather, worldly gear - not needing stats, so, cosmetic. I’ve long suggested adding in some transmog outfits such as pocketed vests for adventurers, scroll-stuffed satchels for scholars and tome-toting travel bags for our trades. Simple yet worldly gear such as profession-pouched belts and backpacks. And hats! I think lots of players would have fun collecting and crafting these clothes, and I think the WoW community would love a wardrobe of civilian, profession and explorer gear to dawn when relaxing from honing skills and saving worlds. I have been playing for many years and have witnessed longed-for additions such as a few pocketed and pouched belts, daggers tucked in waistband or throwing knives strapped to chest loops, and hopefully we'll see vials, herb and ammo pouches, quivers, and class, race or spec-specific ornaments adorning belts and various articles of clothing. For example the Highmountain Tauren heritage armor set has some throwing balls, and the goblin heritage armor has tools, bombs and even a key! Fantastic! Thank you and keep them coming! I love it backpacks and satchels and fantasy-realm waist pouches and packs, held snug with leather straps, pearl-clasped, and embroidered with celtic-like runes.I had wished the backpack from the incursions was a permanent transmog, because not only does it look great (great job, artists!), but I love backpacks and have always wanted them to be available for our characters in game. I now see that the vulpera are getting a traveling companion in the form of a trusty rucksack so I am beyond pleased. Keep this in mind, Blizzard, if you decide to add such an awesome features. The Vulpera for a Day buff comes with an excellent backpack completely adorned with Vulpera goodies such as a desert flute, gourd jug of water, a softly glowing little lantern, some trusty rope, a hanging leather pouch filled with food or possibly a personal collection of treasures, as well as all kinds of handy bits, bobs and doodads. The Pack of Many Pockets bag from Hoarder Jena the Vuldunai Emissary vendor says, "When you carry everything on your back, you need as many pockets as you can get."It's befitting that the vulpera have a bundle they travel with as part of their heritage kit. I'm relieved and surprised and glad to see that the vulpera heritage armor is coming with a rucksack - and one that is stuffed with survival items and scavenged goods who the resourceful vulpera find and use creatively. Some of the items in the sack are curious and so I would of course suggest that it's contents were a backpack with all kinds of pockets, unless they shove everything in one big bag which is also great, with items befitting a desert dwelling, sun surviving and sand scavenging Vulpera. The items in the vulpera's bag look rather trollish in origin, which could be quite possible, and like spider's legs - also possible, so I wish the items were a tad more recognizable such as; a desert flute, a gourd jug of water hanging from or tied to the outside, or possibly tucked snug in a side pocket, a softly glowing little lantern that dangles from the bottom or sits on the top, maybe some trusty rope, hanging pouches filled with food or possibly a personal collection of treasures, and of course decorated in beads and charms and cute little coins that we see adorning much of the vulpera attire as well as their travel and camp architecture. small and probably unnecessary nitpick. I know they're a clever, creative and resourceful bunch, so the items in their bags may appear as one thing but be another :). Everything is useful.I love backpacks and have always wanted them to be available for our characters in game; such as scroll and map-stuffed satchels, tome-toting totes, bugling backpacks with pots, pans, pockets and pouches, a dangling compass, personal treasures / keepsakes / charms, a cozy, rolled up blanket, a trusty, softly glowing lantern and more. The adventurer look and explorer feel and functionality are types of clothing in game I like the most - but there isn't many. Belts with 3-d compartments, and hanging pouches of gems, sacks of coins or herbs, or lined with profession based items such as vials or tools. And some adventurer and professions-based hats! There's quite a few quest that offer back packs, knapsacks, barrels and all sorts of befitting items that would lend themselves well to races, professions, classes and themes. I have always wanted them for transmog or as permanent on-use items, instead of zone-only requirements and toys with long cd's.With back slots I'd like to see the goblin heritage armor with a great big rocket or barrel of explosives and tools and for a the pandaren, a great ol' brew keg, wrapped in ropes and carved with cloud serpents, topped with an iron koi or turtle. The tauren and high mountain tauren are a great start at back slot items in the forms of their totems. The void elf wings are another example of an awesome use of a cloak slot.In addition to back pack, perhaps an animation where our character rummage through a backpack when we open our inventory? One of the best examples of heritage armor's greatest uses is the goblin heritage armor, it's just so perfect with it's greasy, oil-stained machine shop overalls, pilot's jacket with wool lining, brown leather aviator / bomber helmet cap with visor on or off the forehead, tarnished steel toed steel boots, hand-drawn bulls-eye dinged belt buckle blast shield, finger-less welder's gloves with mechanical fingers! Talk about nailing an aesthetic..it also comes with bells and whistles in the form of a tarnished tool belt with actual 3-d wrench and screwdriver! -As well as hand painted grinning bombs lining the belt and even a handy key! There's also dynamite strapped to one shoulder, and a rocket ready to launch, poised on a long dock welded to the other - wow! It's really perfect and if anything is missing or could be added to it I'd suggest a rocket pack for the cloak slot, or a barrel of explosives and fireworks! Heritage armor is one of the only ways to represent our heritage while casting spells or using abilities. It’s nice that shaman and druids get their own signature aesthetics in culturally-appropriate totems and race-specific forms. The rest of the race/class combos in the game are left with the same exact spells and abilities no matter their culture. Each race casts the same looking spells, even though they each learn or adopt, harness and hone their craft in different ways, on different lands and through unique circumstances, then influenced and nurtured by their own culture and history and heritage and beliefs and arts. That’s another reason that heritage armor is important - it’s a terrific and wonderful way to show not only the pride and history of our beloved races, but our outfits also add that special uniqueness to our race’s and classes’s animations, spells and abilities by showing our culture when casting spells and using abilities - which we don’t have much of since most actions and visuals look the same. So I think heritage sets are simply an awesome way to get culture into the spells and abilities of the race who wields them - since otherwise, all spells and abilities other than druid forms and shaman totems are the same-looking. Perhaps in the future Blizzard will unleash race-specific visuals to spells, adding in our cultural identities through unique animations and visuals.Until spells and abilities are more race-specific or reflect our cultures, heritage sets are a great way to show off our people’s ways when wielding our arts and also injects some needed customization into our animations, spells and abilities. It’s also a great way to get backpacks, or items onto our characters’ backs that we usually can’t - such as totems, wings, kegs and rockets and now a traveler’s backpack since the vulpera become playable.I know this was long so if you take the time to read it, it means a lot to me! I'm excited about backpacks and satchels and immersing, character building items and visuals we'll see in the future. Thanks again!
The Aqir Flyer is probably a N'Zoth mythic drop.
I have a mighty need for The Amazing Flying Zoidberg mount.
Please don't feed into the "paywall" thing. You literally do not have to get a 2nd account to obtain those items, you can attempt to recruit friends to play and those are rewards you get for having them continue playing longer than 2-3 months. Or you can literally not get them, you aren't forced to. People wanted RaF to have better rewards and a better system that would be more than just one thing. Blizz does it...and people say its a paywall, a pyramid scheme, etc...
