Is there any information from Blizzard or on the PTR about whether the new RAF system only applies to new RAF's once the system goes live with 8.2.5 or whether the new RAF system will also cover people that I've RAF'd in the past under the old RAF system as well?
Is that... A backpack? Sure looks like there's something that's definitely not a cloak on that belf. If it does prove to be a pack of any sort, I'll be getting this for sure. Can't wait for details :o

It might be the backpack will be using the cloak slot, like the Tauren heritage armor has a totem. Might mean Blizz is going to experiment with some wild and wacky cosmetics for the cloak slot.
Yes, the "cloak" piece is a backpack, it's in the name of the item datamined last week. And yeah, I'm really looking forward to Blizz adding cosmetic items that are not cloaks !EDIT : If you go on the ensemble page, you'll notice there are two back pieces, the Rustpack and the Dustcover. Yes, they're both back pieces, you can check. So I'm guessing there's both a backpack and a traditional cape, but you can use only one at a time.
That's really cool! I love the backpack. Hopefully this does lead to some more interesting back pieces. :) I would think it would interfere with back-sheathing weapons, but I guess they've got that figured out if they're doing this...
