The Alliance has all 3 variants of the Undead mount including the Rated PvP one which is a drop from Karazhan.

The Alliance can purchase the Frogs the same way the Horde can.

The Alliance has almost every Horde mount model.

The Pttredox questline is so boring + you can use it on your Alliance toon OR get a Pttredox SAME MODEL recolor by doing an achievment.

Direhorns both factions can get it.

BFA COLLECTORS Edition you can get a recolor from Kings Rest

Zandalari Direhorn and Brutosaur sold in Boralus

THERE IS STILL NO COUNTERPART FOR THE BEE , AND THAT IS NOT FAIR.

On top of that the Alliance had a mount questline expansions before the Horde had an equivalent

PS : I have an Alliance at 120 but the things I stated up are just facts.
