What’s more satisfying than vanquishing a worthy foe in honorable hand-to-hand combat? Planting an explosive in their freshly felled corpse, that’s what! Light up the sky above a recently defeated enemy player with these reusable fireworks and send an unmistakable signal to the other faction.

These fireworks given you an explosive new way to declare your allegiance when you encounter other players, whether it’s on Battlegrounds, in the Arena , or out in the world . Simply plant the fireworks on the corpse of an opposite-faction player, stand back, and watch the sky.

Once your firework ignites, it will randomly explode in one of several faction-themed patterns. “Ooh!” at the Lion of Stormwind. “Aww!” at the emblem of the Horde. “Oww!” at the blade of your mighty axe.

Transmorpher BeaconTransmorpher Beacon

Transmorpher Beacon: Summons an Ethereal Transmorpher that can change your appearance for 20 min. 1 hour cooldown.

Blizzard

The ethereals have a twisted new trick up their sleeves, and they’re ready to traverse the nether to help you spread some chaos and confusion on the battlefield. Use this beacon to summon an Ethereal Transmorpher who can turn you and your allies into some of the most fearsome foes Azeroth has ever known.

For a limited time, 25% of the proceeds will contribute to the year’s final LAN event prize pools for the Arena World Championship (AWC) and the Mythic Dungeon International (MDI). For details, visit our website.

The Ethereal Transmorpher will temporarily change your appearance into one of dozens of random epic foes you’ve faced over your adventures. Will fate grant you the form of Grand Magistrix Elisande, or the shape of shadow-twisted Ner’zhul?

Once summoned, the Ethereal Transmorpher is willing to alter the shape of everyone in your party or raid group, should they so choose. Form a group of friends and turn the tables on your foes in your next dungeon run.

Neat.

The fireworks DO NOT appear in the toy box.

The Transmorpher does. It also even says In Game Shop as source in the toy journal.(##RESPBREAK##)258##DELIM##perculia##DELIM##We're clarified that it is from the in-game data, not the toy box UI. Sorry for confusion.

I hope they do something like this to support Overwatch too. I play WoW all day but I really enjoy watching Overwatch League and would like to show it off in game. I like rewards for supporting something I love!

Comment by zawyer

Transmorpher beacon can be searched for in the toy box with source being «in-game shop». Dont like it, but will accept it and move on.

Comment by w3maniak

Tbh, the portable mog would make more sense as a trial of style reward. Then, I have the mog mount so it does not bother me.

Transmorpher beacon is really useful for anyone who does not have the yak.

Edit: Sorry I misread that, it wasn't clear before they added the additional info X)

NEW TOYS FOR ME? I PROMISE I WON’T BREAK THEM THIS TIME!

I read that in XT’s voice.

"change your appearance for 20 min (10 min cd)" meanwhile, legit toys acquired from the game last 1min with 1h cd. Removed(##RESPBREAK##)908##DELIM##FunkyJam##DELIM##Your comment has been removed for the following reason(s):

Transmorpher Beacon - you mean, that cheap item from zandalari engineering? This is ridiculus and i cannot accept it. It could be as said above Trial of Style reward and those fireworks... maybe PVP reward from rated arena/bg Lunar Festival? % chance? It'd be better in my opinion.

Comment by AngelZiefer

Blizz is cutting so many costs they're even having us fund their Prize Pools.

Comment by deathlavitz

so is the toys year round or temperately?

Comment by Norisaur

For those who think the beacon is a transmog thing - it's not. It changes you into an NPC from previous raids/dungeons and whatnot, and lets people in your party do the same.

Comment by iColours

So. I'm guessing you just chose to not read the post? Its not a transmog. It turns you into a Raid or Dungeon boss.

Comment by Xuldarinar

What mog toy are people talking about?

Comment by Sunreaver

Meh. Now if they made a toy that summoned a normal transmog ethereal, THAT would be worth buying. These... not so much.

I'm not paying $10 so I can stick a roman candle up a corpse's a**.

Comment by Gnoll

It is not doing what Yak does... It reshapes you to something else... so far I got Scarlet Crusader (Human)

Comment by TheBestHunter

Quick note before anyone goes and buys the Transmorpher toy: It's not a 10min cooldown, it's 1 hour. I don't know if this is unintended, or they changed it last minute, but I thought I'd warn everyone before they went and bought it.

The post was before this was known. ie the Blizzard post. We only had the tooltip prior to that and that makes it look like a transmog npc.
