Does anyone know if you need to have exalted with rep and have the war campaign achievement all on one character? Or can it be split between two?

Just like all other allied races it doesn't matter as long as you have the necessary achievements, not who earned them.

Is the Attunement Tool broken?
I can't load my characters on EU Realms...

You do need exalted with 7th Legion/Honorbound to complete the Tides of Vengeance and War Campaign achievements, as the quests require all the way up to exalted to unlock.

Part of me is actually thinking that the races are coming a week too late for the Darkmoon Faire to help for experience gain for levelling new KTs and Zandalari, but now I'm having a "durp, not everyone's done it" moment, with all these people living a life.

Life. Don't talk to me about life. *ahem* Sorry. Marvin moment.

When it came to Dark Iron Dwarves, I completed the campaign on one toon with 7th legion revered, then had a second character hit exalted but did not complete the campaign. I do not have access to the Dark Iron questline.
I would assume the same of Kul Tiran/Zandalari, even though they require non-7th legion reps.

Tides of Vengeance can anyone help on this not sure if this available yet and what it involes any help with a link would be great on the checker it says unkown!

Comment by SaltyApple

I'm exalted with all except for tortollan and I've been it for a long time and I cant say I've been grinding all that much. Maybe new players that are behind I guess...

Comment by kodora1316

Woo hoo, I’m already finished with all my Horde reps but my Alliance reps need some grinding. Only about 50% through revered for Proudmoore. With DMF, WQ bonus , and human racial I think I can make it to exalted before the 12th. If not, at least really close.

Anyone know why it still says "unknown" for Tides of Vengeance?

this was actually really helpful thanks!

Because WoWhead doesn't track it. Even says so if you hover over it.
