It is worth noting that the only reason why FaceIT is ranked above Sco this month is the fact that they are currently in the final stages of the CS:GO Major (which is basically their world cup). As a mythic raider myself, this stream oriented race helped the game more than the devs could do at this point in BFA. I tuned in most nights and was engaged in the strats and the human emotions that came with the success and failures. I think that Blizzard paid a lot of attention to these numbers as well and we'll see FINALLY an official endorsement for PVE live events. Numbers don't lie. Wow is still huge and can become even better if the hype around exclusivity will finally come back.

What Method did wasn't just gaining a world first, was breaking the barrier of PVE as a form of Esports and live entertainment. As I mentioned in Stream, I'm basically addicted to this game but I put it all on the back burner to watch Method, and Sco in particular throughout this entire race. I was invested in their win as a viewer and I don't generally get that invested in something like this.
