I've been listening Warbringers for days already! Jaina's one is just breathtaking.
I am very much taking my time and enjoying slowly leveling up (leveling to me is simply a side event that happens as result of exploring the awesome stories and beautiful zones) and so far while I'm in Voldun I am really enjoying the mystifying music. It evokes the feeling of surviving in a slighly harsh, sand-scattered land, with both dangers and treasures abound. Sometimes during a fight, the music will change from a somber, surviving-in-a-wasteland tone to a very exciting, quick piece, then back again when the battle is over. I'm digging the Arabian vibe and gypsies-like instruments. The music of Voldun helps give that extra bit of feeling that the various races surviving in a desolate environment, with harsh sands blowing across the dunes, the sun-bleached bones, cold starry nights, the snakes, foxes and trolls who have adapted there, the vultures/buzzards, the tough dinos, the savaging hyenas who call Voldun home. Ruins half sinking in sands while warm winds blow, while helping a vulpera survive or a sethrek reclaim what's theirs, is accompanied but soft flutes and somber stings and the occasional chimey tambourine. Love everything so far, can't wait to hear the other zones!
It looks like the greatest song in the game is missing though..."Dolly and Dot are my best friends! They pull my wagon through dunes of sand!"
Yep the same that you could get with the digital code from the Collector's Edition.*grumble grumble no physical copy grumble grumble*
Well at least the collectors edition had better quality online than I'd be able to digitize myself and 7 times better than what you hear with Spotify (premium), it's definetivly not the same. I'm kind of okay with that!
Now? Why release it almost a week after the expansion? Those Soundtracks are usually available the same day as the expansion launches. Why so late this time? Still not on iTunes.
Pride of the Seas. I whistle it while I work on products (I make soap) or while I am doing other things around the house. It's such a catchy tune that reminds me of a fun-making, teasing time with my siblings during my childhood.
I wish I could download a copy of Jaina's music
All of the tracks I heard in game so far are perfectly fitting for the zones. Calming music in Tiragarde Sound, slightly depressing in Vol'dun, downright creepy in Nazmir, adventurous in Freehold, scary in Waycrest Manor...Bravo again, Blizzard music team. You continue to produce excellent soundtracks :)
Nice! It sucks that Warlords of Draenor is still not on Spotify. It’s the only one that remains to be unavailable. Say whatever you want about WoD. But the soundtrack was some of the best I’ve heard from WoW.
Apple Music pls!
cool.
The Grand Bazaar, some parts of the song reminds me of a song from one of the Zelda games, can't figure out which one though. Have a feeling it's something from wind waker!
And us plebs who don't use Spotify can do... what?
