Rogue Order Hall has their own functional BMH currently, so technically there are two right now, but one is very very restricted.
Bit sad Alliance doesn't get the pandaren herself but hey, new characters are nice.

I think I have a theory as to why Madam Goya is in Zuldazar. As far as we know, Kul Tiras has always allowed foreign merchants (admittedly only in the outermost parts of the city) so the Black Market might have had a presence there for quite some time. On the other hand I got the impression on the alpha/beta that non-troll (besides tortollian i guess) merchants were a rather new addition to Zuldazar. If this is indeed the case, it would make sense for Madam Goya herself to go there to make sure everything goes smoothly in expanding her mercantile empire.
Well to be fair, the Alliance have a flight path right next to the BMAH on the horde side, and there's no guards or anything (as far as i'm aware) stopping alliance from using it.
I hope there won't be a way to get there for 1 lvl and 100 lvl trial characters. I'm tired of thieves who come from EU realms to RU realms and buy non token gold to steal t3 pieces, toys and mounts. Blizzard plz fix it.
