So, they continue use multiverse removed... How exciting. I really hoped that this will be Outland Mag'Har orcs, but hope die last.
Why does it have to be Nobbel? Because he is the most popular on lore talks? He is known for his alliance bias in many of his lore videos.
I don't understand this decision to have the AU Draenor portal closed for some reason and have the Horde open another portal to the same timeline but it's now in the future for some reason when they can justyou knowhave them just go to au draenor. like. just take the hearthstone to ashran and just go there. just go. it's right there. literally right there. even more baffling is why the bronze dragonflight would close the portal, reopen it despite them being against meddling with timelines, and cooperate with a warchief universally agreed upon in the lore to be unlikable and untrustworthy. there's no reason for a story to be this muddled and messy.
The story of Mag'har orcs is shameful, just typical gullible orcs who jump at any chance to commit genocide with no provocation because someone told them to. "Fanatical draenei"? Funny, because the orcs were being very fanatical by killing all these innocent draenei because teh ancestors were *supposedly *telling them to. Mag'har orcs look awesome but they're such warmongering baboons who are so easily tricked time and time again that I'd never feel like making one. Especially because this is yet another war that they are just jumping head-first into because someone asked them to. The irony of it all is that this is Saurfang recruiting them, the orc who I expect would be the LAST living orc (besides Thrall) to try and rip the uncorrupted orcs from their world and their way of life to sign them up for a war in some other dimension "because honor." Peaceful, shamanistic roots... yeah, that part got retconned pretty hard. Thrall ought to have been embarrassed when he went there and saw that orcs never had that peaceful heritage- orcs always had the ability to go into a blood rage and commit unprovoked genocide even without the demonic corruption! Thank you, Warlords.
It's not Saurfang, it's Eitrigg."From datamined dialogue it appears that Eitrigg is the one who comes up with the idea of going back to Draenor to add the Mag’har Orcs to our ranks."
In this comment section we can already see some fanatical Alliance players fervently defending besmirched façade of their righteous faction and throwing shade at the other side to make themselves look better. Keep it up guys, you totally aren't making yourself look like aggrieved children.
Wow, talk about somebody who doesn't understand the lore.
That paragraph about how time works in wow is exactly how I always thought. It's impossible to change the past and any time we think we do it's just how it always was. There isn't actually an infinite multiverse but one main timeline, or reality, that has infinite possibilities flowing off of it and some of them can be made real. Or prevented from becoming reality like End Time. It's really simple actually, no wibbly wobbly necessary. Warlords was less going to an alternate universe and more like plucking another planet from an alternate possibility and making it real.
Half of the comments here make no sense because the posters just want to get out a zinger about the faction they don't prefer. -_-I really hope it's true that the Horde/Alliance faction war is going to finally be resolved for good in BfA, like Alex said in PC Gamer. I'm so tired of this pointless bickering derailing *everything*.
