I really loved playing through this zone. I love the set-up for the Tidemother being the antithesis to Azshara, with both of them having artifacts for their Pride and Wrath. Makes me wonder who/what the Tidemother is. All the statues of her make her look like a Kraken, so she could be similar to the one the Tuskarr worship. Here's hoping they don't go the boring route and just have the Tidemother be Azshara, because I really want Kul Tiran shamans.
That's a great point!
I’m a simple elf. I see old gods I click!
In case people missed it; Aqu'sirr is the boss they were designing at the Design A Dungeon Boss panel at Blizzcon.
So if there's a Wrath of Azshara, and now a Pride of Azshara, does that mean there are five more monsters like those based on the seven deadly sins?\r\rLust of Azshara, for example. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
"After all the questing to unlock Shrine of the Storms, we venture inside as one of the Battle for Azeroth dungeons."\r\rDoes this mean we HAVE to complete the questing before the dungeon is available or that the dungeon is just a continuation of the story and is available in the que at a certain level? Legion had a lot of gated content and I'm gonna be furious if it ends up happening that way again.

"No more will we work our fields and build our ships for the haughty Boralus elite to give nothing in return. We must work as one and muster our strength. Kul Tiras will forever belong to its people!"\r\rwestfall 2.0, this time with more tentacles.
as for the tidemother/azshara thing, the resto shaman artifact has a trait called Caress of the Tidemother, that thing belonged to azshaea

Sloth of Azshara. She needs to get herself off the couch and get a job.
Do I sense Fullmetal Alchemist in the making of these <negative emotion> of Azshara? We shall see.
LIES! THIS IS A PVP EXPANSION! \r/s

Legion had a lot of gated content and I'm gonna be furious if it ends up happening that way again.\r\rI meant it more as a lore detail, we do a bunch of questing related to Shrine of the Storm and the actual invasion of the Shrine is a step up--it's a dungeon vs single-player quests.\r\rIt will likely just be available through regular means but it's not open on alpha yet so I can't confirm how you access it.
Old gods may be known to drive mortals insane with whispers, but as a player there is nothing they could whisper to us that could compare to trade chat conversations. Thank a trade troll for helping you build an immunity.
C'Thrax allied race!

The gear loot from the dungeon looks &*!@! They are basically recolored ZANDALARI ( which doesn’t have anything do to with Kul Tiras) and some normal Kul Tiras question gear! I was hoping for something more interesting and good looking! I guess fashion isn’t important in this game

Here's hoping they don't go the boring route and just have the Tidemother be Azshara, because I really want Kul Tiran shamans. This reminds me... back in the day, when we went into Ulduar, we were pretty surprised to see Mermaids/Merfolk in some of those stained glass windows. Actual Mermaids, not Naga. Mermen (Maybe it's just Neptulon. Maybe it's a Merman. Maybe it's Maybelline), baby merfolk, Mermaids (if the other is just Neptulon, is this the real Tidemother?). Where are they? Are they tied to the Tidemother? There's presumably quite a lot of undiscovered business out there in the seas. They could still be there, somewhere. Somebody involved in Ulduar obviously cared for them, given the care taken in the creation of those windows. If the Tidemother is the antithesis of Azshara, would it then stand to reason that Azshara and her Naga were transformed (by the old god) into a sort of perversion of the Tidemother's Mermaids? I shouldn't theorize when hungry, but I've been stuck on those Merfolk for many years.
