Wow, I knew whatever this was would be horribly dated and unfunny, but I totally wasn't expecting anything that bad.Gotta love how there's that one person in the comments that swears this was amazing and the South Park episode got it all wrong and was totally dated. That's why the Sword of a Thousand Truths (called Slayer of the Lifeless in-game with flavor text "Foretold by Salzman") is a drop in 25 m Naxx, and one of the first obtainable achievements when they were implemented in the WOTLK pre-patch was "Make Love, Not Warcraft". Cuz South Park is horribly dated yall, and Family Guy is not.
i could swear i had seen this before.
Anyone else feel like a network executive has only just seen the Leeroy Jenkins video for the first time recently?
Oof. I chuckled. But man, its like they picked the only reference from wow that normies would know. No, that's exactly what happened.
and it's all? :/
Made my day :)
You know, as much of a letdown as it was I still enjoy the teaser image. I think I got more from the teaser image than the gag itself.
As bad as I expected.
Sooooo... all the hype and the new expansion themed poster was for a 13 year old reference?
Well, it wasn't necessarily bad, but there's nothing particularly great about a 1 minute, 13-year-old, Leeroy reference. Can't compare to South Park, though.
well i called it, i said it was just going to be a passing moment, it wasnt going to be a full Episode and MAN is that dated really a Leeroy Jenkins joke in 2018? Talk about being WAY behind
There is that talk from Stewie (an episode, in which he sings showtunes with a little girl his age), where he is all like "Wow! That was so fresh! See, you took something from that show, put it in a different context and... there you have it. You are such a fresh and fun person." Kinda funny, when your own jokes bite you in the ass. Still, i laughed. :)
I was expecting someting similar to Star Wars specials. Honestly, how hard would that be what with a game that's so rich with lore. They could've done anything and it'd still be over 9000 times better than this crap. GG Fox, you done bamboozled me good.

As typical for the show, FG took a joke someone else made, well after someone else made it and was much better at it, and reused it poorly to make an attempt at referential comedy.Only difference being this time they stole from South Park instead of Simpsons.Thoroughly unsurprising and unfunny.
Very disappointing, I was expecting a lot more after that poster teaser.
Family Guy, trying to appeal to all demographics with its horrible jokes, and in doing so, alienating its intended target audience. It's like a dad thinking he could blend in with the young crowd at the mall if he just wears "hip" clothing while adding a wink and a nod and asking "aren't I cool, guys? Don't I know exactly who it is you want to hang out with?"
I'm at a loss for words over how much of a let down this was.
