I can't speak for Blizzard, but the list is just PR and has no reflection on the quality of your day to day work life. At least half of the rating comes from what the executives themselves say about the company. Nonetheless, congrats to Blizzard. Speak for yourself. My company debuted at 100 four years ago and has steadily risen up the rankings each year since. We are in the top 20 for 2018. And my company is actually a great place to work.

Yeah... that's not what I said. A handful of employees are chosen at random to take a survey. The survey is only one part of the ranking.
