I really hope this isn't the end of illidan's story.
I really hope this isn't the end of illidan's story.\rIt'll be a few expansions but I'm sure we'll see him again some day. Like Bolvar.
Either Illidan is waiting for 10k years just to seize Sargeras' titan body and strength in the name of good or he's coming to f us all, or he stays just to "torment and torture" Sargeras...
Man I was just tearing up reading these messages!
I really hope this isn't the end of illidan's story.I can't be the only one who is tired of Illidan as a character. He's had the spotlight in two expansions now. Time to move on.
Idk. Tyrande's and Malfurion's messages seem so... unemotional. Illidan sacrificed all he had, and now they say: "Oh well, nice, champion, let's get moving. Not even a shred of understanding or kindness.

Indeed! Illy was pouring his heart out and the responses were: "Meh." I expected better! :(
nothing for maiev? rip.
nothing for maiev? rip.\r\rI thought it was sweet how Illidan said Maiev's quote in the cinematic. But yeah she just kind of...disappeared since she got written out of the end of Tomb of Sargeras.

Time to move on.\r\rI’m far more tired of Jaina’s back-and-forth but we’ll be focusing on her next expansion. *shrug* can’t please everyone all the time.
It was just the right time and an epic end of his story! A tear fell as i red the message of Illidan :(
I really hope this isn't the end of illidan's story.\rIt'll be a few expansions but I'm sure we'll see him again some day. Like Bolvar.\r\rYep, we will. Remember the comic? The Legion comes back when Anduin is old, and Velen reflects it's all his fault. \r\rAnd now we know why. Illidan, you Betrayer, well played, boy, well played.
Remember the comic? The Legion comes back when Anduin is old\r\rNo. It doesn't. If you're referring to the "Son of the Wolf" comic, the ending is absolutely not about the Legion. Actually, when Anduin declares war, it's against an unspecified ennemy (at the time heavily implied to be the void, but who knows, World of Warcraft will probably end before Anduin turns 60)
#FeelsBadMan.\rEveryone knows the feeling of writing someone a message saying; "Hey! It's been so long since we saw each other last, and it was so good to see you again. I miss you already." only to get a response like; "Eh. Yeah. Whatever."

But yeah she just kind of...disappeared since she got written out of the end of Tomb of Sargeras.\r\rApparently, Maiev took a wrong turn somewhere in the Tomb of Sargeras and is now forever lost in the instance :D

But yeah she just kind of...disappeared since she got written out of the end of Tomb of Sargeras.Actually it's an Illidan's own self quotation, not Maiev's. 'Full circle' kind of thing, think it's a neat.. self-refence done by blizz :)

Not even a shred of understanding or kindness.\rI felt the same way. They sounded too hard headed and stuck in their ways to feel what he was really saying. Illidan showed humility and bravery and the two of them didn't live up to his words. No, he wasn't perfect and he did things that were questionable, but his choice should have proven to them his intentions. I lost a bit of respect for Tyrande and Malfurion.
Since the connection with Argus closed, what is the small, bright red star in the sky now?
