Weak hotfixes. KJ and Avatar deserved much more nerfs. Yet alone other bosses still left untouched, especially Mistress and Maiden. Disappointed.
Actually those KJ nerfs are huge, I don't know what you're on about.
kinda surprised that they arent touching phase 1 of avatar thats where the problems seem to be
"Deserve more nerfs" ie my group still won't be able to do it.
i feel like mistress is tuned appropriately, i dont want every one and their mom to have cutting edge i want it to be special, i have yet to try avatar on mythic but i hope its hard as &*!@
The phase 1 on avatar is completely fine, the only problem is that one death before P2 and you need to wipe. Just dodge chaos and don't kill your guildmates.\r\r"especially Mistress ans Maiden", Maiden is fine, just the melee's job to not take the wrong color, you can kill it with 18 players and 5 heals. Learn to NOT cleave on Mistress and you will kill her.\r\rIf you are still complaining about the first 7 bosses after all the nerf that came and the gear that we got 3 month after the release of the raid, then the problem is between your chair and your keyboard.
its not that maiden needs a nerf cause it really doesnt, but blizz just needs to do a better job at showing what infusion you have and others. While to me its fine, but for some others they are just never paying attention to whats going on. So blizz should have done better cues\/visuals and sound effects during that fight.
Mythic Gul'dan cutting edge kills = around 1,7 thousand guilds. Mythic Kil'jaeden = 240 at the moment. Mythic Avatar = slightly above 700. Antorus raid expected arrival = after Blizzcon, less than 1 month. If you aren't past Avatar yet, you probably won't even have enough time to practice Kil'jaeden before the tier ends. \r\rNo matter what they do to the fight, many guilds are gonna be left disappointed. \r\rWhy does Blizzard do massive disparities in difficulty from raid to raid? I can understand Emerald Nightmare being easier, because it was the entry raid of the expansion. But why make TOS significantly harder than Nighthold judging from completion rates? \r\rEspecially for a raid than launched during summer and many guilds took vacation breaks so had less time to progress it than in Nighthold.
Mythic Nighthold, drops 900Normal Tomb of Sargeras, drops 900wait! the ilvl are the same?am I dreaming?I though the drops for Mythic Nighthold are 930 ilvlsthen why the difficulties between mythic and normal is tooooooo farand now I think, Mythic Gul'dan will be much more harder than Mythic Kil'Jaeden
It's so weird...KJ already got nerfed sooooo many times...last time the HP nerf and the knockback...now they nerf him even more.\rMy problem with all that is...that they barely touch Avatar...if you nerf a lot, then also nerf the guy before the endboss.\rIf you want it to still being hard, then don't nerf neither of them two (or just a lil bit).\rSo inconsistent...
Weak hotfixes. KJ and Avatar deserved much more herfs. Yet alone other bosses still left untouched, especially Mistress and Maiden. Disappointed.\r\rSo you don't like it hard and challenging? Isn't that the point in mythic raiding is to bring the best out of you?\r\r\rP.S. Nerfs*
WTF? Stop nerfing everything!\r\rNot good enough to clear it? Too bad!
Are you for real or trolling ? Disappointed? haha
I'm in a casual guild and we had a bit over 50 wipes before getting KJ down on heroic difficulty. That was during summer where we had to pug more than normal because people were on vacation and stuff. Hc raid is very doable, you just have to know what to do. Mechanics can wipe your entire raid if you don't pay attention to them no matter what ilvl your raid is.
A raid traditionally receives nerfs near the end of it. The Cruible provides some nerfing, but these types of nerfs are needed on Mythic because the bosses are tuned so tightly. Mistress could use more nerfs.
Weak hotfixes. KJ and Avatar deserved much more herfs. Yet alone other bosses still left untouched, especially Mistress and Maiden. Disappointed.\r\rYeah just nerf every KJ ability and health by 75% , why even bother..

So you don't like it hard and challenging? Isn't that the point in mythic raiding is to bring the best out of you?Difficulty should be on par with previous raids, not 10x harder like ToS is. That's where my problem is.So many soaks, so many one fail-instant wipe mechanics, I hate this design.Mythic is supposed to be hard. If you want it more nerfed, play Heroic."Hard" is subjective. ToS tuning is too hard compared to what it should be. Even after so many nerfs. And heroic is a joke difficulty that poses no difficulty at all. Anyone who can't clear heroic should just stop playing. If you are still complaining about the first 7 bosses after all the nerf that came and the gear that we got 3 month after the release of the raid, then the problem is between your chair and your keyboard. No it's tuning issue on Blizzard's end. Even entry ToS bosses are tuned way too hard compared to previous raids.Yeah just nerf every KJ ability and health by 75% , why even bother..75% probably too much, but something around 20-25% to all damage and health would have resulted perfectly tuned encounter. So far boss health haven't been touched at all...P.S. Ofc this is all about mythic difficulty.

While to me its fine, but for some others they are just never paying attention to whats going on. So blizz should have done better cues\/visuals and sound effects during that fight.\r\rI think you highlighted the problem right there. The visual clue of a green or yellow glow around your character really can't be missed as long as you understand the mechanic of infusion and pay attention. If your guildmates don't understand or pay attention then the problem is not with the encounter design.\r\r\r\r"Hard" is subjective. ToS tuning is too hard compared to what is should be. It seems the boot is on the other foot here....
WTF? Stop nerfing everything!\r\rNot good enough to clear it? Too bad!\r\rRofl. I understand your zeal, was kinda same when I was a teen... but Blizzard is a business. Even if they try to dance around the issue using different formats for reporting, boards and stakeholders are now watching much more closely than they used to.. not just this business, it's happening across the board. \r\rIt is an undeniable fact that ToS is so overtuned, that amount of guilds to clear relevant difficulties - not just Mythic, but also Heroic and even Normal - is a fraction of what it was even in previous tier by this time mark since tier release.\r\rIn an average guild, this means people sign for runs less frequently and eventually loose interest and unsubscribe. As this happens, guilds - particularly the ones that don't want to pug strangers - end up completely abandoning the content. It is happening now, my guild lost all melees and one healer, and a friendly other guild struggled so much that they now struggle to put even one run a week together.\r\rNow, add to this a disaster called Argus, where interest died out in a matter of 2 weeks due to monstrous grindyness and overtuned difficulty, and you get what we corporates call "actionable item". Blizzard's C-suite agrees, and acted... not for the first time, there were precedents going back to WotLK era, with the difference that the massive 30% damage, 30% healing nerf was delivered as buff that could (and still can) be turned off... leading to massive headaches as kicked puggies and bullies went and did that mid-run to spite their group.\r\rOh, and before you come out at me for calling Argus difficult... please try a broader view. Sure, for me personally Argus is not really hard. I am a heroic raider, and even my neglected alts were above 910 before Argus. But when I tried to go there on a brand-new clothie fresh out of leveling with just a few unsullied items grandfathered from my main, I suddenly realized what my guilds social members are grumbling about. Unless you raid heroic and push your key to 8s every week, you will find Argus gruellingly hard and unpleasant, and with groups completely flooded by chest jumpers, even that isn't an answer anymore.
