its gonna be nice to play having Azeroth on the horizon
If we havent already had so many green zones, i would just love this. it feels so much like Ice Crown. If only we could fly there.
If only we could fly there.\r\rAgreed. I do 0 exploring when I'm chained to the ground. It's just not fun. \r\rI look at scenery 0 times on the ground. I'm too concerned with how to get around it to appreciate all the rocks and pebbles. \r\rAh, well. I suppose it's like timeless isle\/quel\/etc. and I just won't spend much time there after I do the quest chain once in my main.

You appreciate rocks and pebbles from up high just zooming past?I appreciate the scenery FAR more from the air, yes. Even the rocks (i.e. Highmountain for Legion, Gorgrond for WoD, Kun-Lai in MoP, etc.)Also, if you can't see rocks from the air, increase your graphics. I keep mine all the way up so I can see ground details from the air when I need\/ want to.
i love how people dont seem to realize that at this point, with how argus is built, they couldnt add flying even if they wanted to, the 3 zones aren't connected like usual zones, they are moreso connected in the way that Outlands and Azuremyst\/silvermoon are, the same file, but separate sections with only one one possible way to go between, teleporting.

Also, I never said or insinuated or expected to be able to fly BETWEEN them, like Broken Shore\/Broken Isles. Just flying (on each zone, individually) would be great imo.And finally, I'm just lamenting on the fact that only one of my toons will experience this area that's supposed to be such a huge deal. I'm an altoholic, and I have a server of 11 110s and one 106, one of each Class. That's just like the Isle of Quel'danas and Timeless, though. While it kinda sucks, it's not a game killer for me. I'll just stick to WQs and the like in Broken Shore\/Isle for most of my toons. Ah, well. I suppose it's like timeless isle\/quel\/etc. and I just won't spend much time there after I do the quest chain once in my main.
I am also very surprised it took so long for people to reply to the matter of flying. I expected people to get all pissy with my comment within 5 seconds, haha. It seems that few things are as polarizing in WoW these days.

They made the areas on floating, instanced landmasses.\r\rThough a Nagrand-esque area of epic proportions would've been awesome. Alas, Blizzard doesn't achieve full potential like they used to; it's just a gamer's pipe dream at this point.

To say otherwise means you haven't played through PTR, or done open-world areas like Timeless Isle. It makes zero sense to complain about something built by design from the beginning; Player versus Environment. They've been doing this type of endgame content since the start of the game: Quel'danas, north of Icecrown, Wintergrasp, Tol Barad, Firelands, Throne of Thunder, and Timeless Isle.
