Nice!
I'm not concerned with the amount of communication it seems like it's been okay. I just want a shot at legendaries that I actually want to use. Improve that.
Step one: Don't ignore feedback since alpha.\rStep two: Don't ignore feedback from the 7.1.5 PTR.
I guess some people cannot be pleased. I noticed the huge increase of communication, how could you not? And sure, more is good, but all things are answered eventually... People need to chill, this work takes time. And we have seen them implementing a lot of discussed improvements, I was personally very pleased they undid the nerf to feral for instance. I expect we should be seeing the gameplay fixes to marks come in soonish too, as they have been recieving our input.\r\rThis is the first year in a long time I feel like blizzard has been really trying to hear their community and fix things as they go instead of putting it off to next xpack. I am quite optimistic. Which I normally am never like, for anything. I am a grumpy pessimist like 80% of the time. XD
With respect to retribution paladin, could you bring again the skills from WOTLK, will be nice, in that expansion this class was the best, not like now. Or at least, balance the damage with the other classes.\r\rThanks
I rather miss having army while in Blood and or Frost Spec, not to mention the minion even if it only lasted a minute. I always attempt to use Control Undead while not in Unholy.

I just wanted you to know-- with concerns like Gargoyle feeling too weak or Virulent Plague not doing enough, there are discussions here and potential for something that we might address --but AotD seems too fun to make it less of a big deal for the player.Thank you for all the feedback and we hope you keep it coming!wut.jpgBreath of Sindragosa is a "big deal" for Frost Death Knights as it is their most damaging ability, yet it has a cooldown of only five minutes...
Ha, more work for those people writing the Blue Tracker posts.
I guess some people cannot be pleased. I noticed the huge increase of communication, how could you not? \r\rProbably because people are still waiting for communication on specific topics.\r\rFeral Druids have been trying to get feedback in since alpha... like launch alpha... the spec generally has to do 3x more work to do less damage than some other ST focused specs... and doesn't really scale with AOE well at all as the DoTs just don't work that way for them.\r\rThat's been the case since ALPHA. It's been in the Alpha forums since the start, it was on the Beta forums, it's been in every PTR forum for class changes.\r\rThey've still got pretty much jack squat in terms of developer response time.\r\rSo yeah, great, Paladins are getting more communication from the devs... again. DKs are getting more developer attention... again. \r\rMeanwhile, Ferals are still waiting and almost completely unrepresented in anything above Heroic raiding. \r\rBut I guess they just can't be happy for everyone else's class communications, right?\r\rSeriously, I'm a shaman. I don't play feral on my druid though because I f***ing haaaaaaate that spec (seriously, with the snap shotting)... but I'm also cognizant of the fact that the forums have had a "please talk to us, we want to help and we want to understand our spec" topic going for almost a year straight now... stiiiiiiiiill pretty much nothing.
Good, now tell Warlocks why they cant get new demons, and why you've been blatantly ignore this concern.

I'm not concerned with the amount of communication it seems like it's been okay. I just want a shot at legendaries that I actually want to use. Improve that.I have similar sentiments about this. Blizzard has, overall, been improving their communications with the community a lot more over the years. A couple expansions ago we wouldn't even dream the devs would bother to do a Q&A or even attempt to address more than a small fraction of the massive number of issues plaguing the game at any given time, but there's definitely been some attempt to do so. It's not at Overwatch team levels of community interaction, but at least it's a good bit better than Team 5's (except when it comes to communicating on forums like Reddit). With that said, more should be good as long as the quality of the attempts to address issues and the like are high.Because for a lot of people, what they mean when they say they want more communication is in truth the desire to hear that their specific problems will be fixed like them want. This sadly isn't within the realm of reasonable unless they start hiring a lot more CMs who are as game literate as the developers and\/or highly experienced players. That, in itself, might not even be good enough though, even if Blizzard brings on everyone from the armchair developers upward.
Good, now tell Warlocks why they cant get new demons, and why you've been blatantly ignore this concern.\r\rA new demon would be cool :)
Incidentally, that includes threads from our EU forums. They know the EU has forums? :O :O I think it's about time to merge the two. All of the main discussion on classes, roles and "general" happens in English, so they can't use the "language barrier" as an excuse, but there is very rarely any communication from anyone that works on the game. Or at least let us post on the US forums, it's still the same game, this segregation because we live in different countries is kind of strange. The EU game population is literally locked out of this communication (when you try to go on the US forums, it recognizes your account, kind of, but says you need a "valid game licence"), and I'm pretty sure the players here make up a sizable proportion of the game overall. It seems like we're 2 stages behind this improved communication here, they're all about this massively increased talking to the player base, and we get a footnote saying "we sometimes read what you say and take it into consideration".
put me in a coma until 7.2.5 please.\r\ras that seems to be the earliest warlocks will get any kind of love :\/\r\r\rI am glad they are increasing communication like they said.
Replying again... another dev lists links of threads they're paying attention to... 60% of the linked threads? Paladins. AGAIN. *headdesk*\r\rSeriously, that, right there, is the problem... well, that and the fact that they spent more time today talking about their improved communication than they did... on class feedback, etc...\r\rLike, I've got one thing I'm worried about when it comes to my spec, so it's not a huge deal for me. I'd just like to either be able to use Hailstorm again and not have it be such a DPS hit or have my legendaries that REQUIRE Frostbrand\/Frost damage to be changed so that I'm not reliant on a talent to fully use them\/use them at all (and still not do enough damage WITH them to justify the talent choice, because that's not weird or anything). \r\rThat is pretty lame. But it's also small potatoes compared to Feral, compared to Blood, compared to folks who don't want to play the Momentum game... questions that have been raised over and over again since Alpha.
Replying again... another dev lists links of threads they're paying attention to... 60% of the linked threads? Paladins. AGAIN. *headdesk*\r\rNo kidding, I mean, is someone actually making the argument that Retribution has an impact on our viability? Sometimes the min\/max crowd takes things too far. We have that talent because MY BROTHER IN ARMS JUST DIED AND I WILL RISE UP IN RIGHTEOUS ANGER, not so that my little colored bar goes higher.
I hope they post about the ideas they have for Legendaries eventually. I've been in numerous PUGs where there are other Rogues with 2 DPS legendaries convincing the RL I'm not pulling my weight because my DPS is much lower than theirs. Certain specs get far more out of certain legendaries than other specs do, and flat out the "utility" legendaries don't really hold up to the DPS ones, even after all the numerous changes (looking at you, Sephuz's). I think Blizzard did a noble job at trying to make this expansion feel legendary with all the attention to loot, but I feel they dropped the ball majorly, however unintentionally, on the legendary department. \r\rI'm always told to play the spec and build I have fun with, so I chose to play Outlaw Rogue with Slice n Dice. Immediately in some raid groups I get people whispering me that I'm not playing optimally and have actually lost raid spots because some asshat rogue convinces the RL I'm not going to pull my weight because "LAWLSND". I'm not raiding at top tier and never will. I still do respectable DPS with my gear (around 400k sustained for ilvl 881) and get compliments from other rogues when I do get to stay in raids. I feel as though I'd be doing more with different legendaries to justify my spot in some raids, and I know I'm not alone in feeling like this. I'm not sure what the issue underlaying my particular situation is, but I can't help but feel the legendaries I got, Sephuz's and Xandric's, has a lot to do with my performance.
