The Red Winter Hat in the old locations are the older model. The Finely-Tailored Red Holiday Hat that's exclusive to Court of Stars is a new improved model. Comment by Jaladar I believe, if memory serves me correctly, that the presents show up at 9am server time on the 25th, not at reset...but I could be wrong--but for some reason that's what I remember.
