I don't understand why balance is only getting a 4% buff to dps, especially compared to how much other classes are getting. They said balance needed some number changes during Bcon but 4% is barley anything. Perhaps there is still a massive double digit buff coming?
TBH I think 20% is fair for the 4P survival bonus...but there are STILL not the changes the spec needs to be competitive. Nesingwary's Treads proc would be garbage even if it was 100 focus on trap trigger. The changes to the trap placement means it's going to be awkward to have explosive in the dps rotation still and focus was never really a problem.

why to nerf affli set bonuses, 1.15 agony chance increase doesnt look like a buff at all.....its better just to take non set good stat gear....also 10% UA isnt a big deal 20% seemed OK

Let's suppose you deal 100 damage each second for 10 seconds without the tier:100damage * 10 seconds = 1000 damage in 10 seconds \/\/ 10 DPS2. Old buff +50% in 6 seconds:100damage * 6 seconds * 1.5 + 100 damage * 4 seconds = 900 damage in 6 seconds + 400 damage in 4 seconds = 1300 damage in 10 seconds \/\/ 13 DPS3. New buff +20% in 10 seconds:100damage * 10 seconds * 1.2 = 1200 damage in 10 seconds \/\/ 12 DPS- - - - - As you can see, it's obviously a damage and utility nerf since now you need the whole 10 seconds to take full profit of your bonus rather than just 6 seconds.Now you might say, but hey, it's not a big deal going from 13 DPS to 12 DPS, and to that I say: Well taking into account that the NON-bonus damage is 10 DPS, going from 13 to 12 is actually really significant overrall.
I think Blizzard had to forget that the druid feral existed and need some adjustements to stay middle competitive Dps ...\rWarlocks, Fire Mages and Shadow Priests do not need changes, being already largely in top Dps (Pve HL)\r\rThis is PTR, wait and see
