Although I'm not too big of a fan of Elemental Shamans Elemental Overload nerf, I'm very excited about their new tier bonuses! Their T17 bonuses were very conflicting with one another.
There is no way that is the real Destro 2P bonus. Instant Chaos Bolts(-2.5s from an already 2.5s cast)? Insanity.
Kinda disappointed that the Time is a Flat Circle FoS is basically just an easier form of Ahead of the Curve. I was hoping itd be for something more unique

I think these numbers are going to change... a lot, like the pally 224% dps increase, possibly the legendary proc (3% vers doesn't seem legendary). But still interesting to see class specific trinkets, wonder if there will be an lfr version, probably not. Stinks that the big dps changing trinket is the last boss.

At any given moment, in case (1), 1\/15 of you have +150% DPS, and in case (2), 3\/15 of you have +50% DPS. More or less comes out evenly.Put another way, for DPS anyway, if there are more people that have the same ring as you, you'll get the buff less often, but when you get it, it'll be more powerful, and those two trends cancel each other out.
Could you maybe stop nerfing resto shammy.

If you stack your CDs with a +150% damage buff, it's a FAR greater increase in overall throughput from constant 50% buffs. And since DPS CDs are typically on a 2\/3min timer... you could easily just wait a short amount of time and pop them all at once in conjunction with the 150% damage buff. You can do the same thing with 50% as well, but... well... I hope you see.
Item - Shaman T18 Elemental 4P Bonus: For 5 Lightning Shield charges consumed, you conjure a Lightning Vortex near your location. Running through the Lightning Vortex will increase your total haste by 15% for until cancelled.\r\rOh come on, it's like they ran out of ideas and decided to simply make ele more annoying to play. Yay, another reason to stop casting, my favorite thing in WoD! \rI bet it's final once they add a duration to it. \r\rI can already imagine it, an effect that's so hard to see you'll miss it in a group. With a "hitbox" so small you have to be just in the right place to actually catch it.
