Heart of the Valorous starting on 7-11? How convenient!
So in short, tooltip won't be affected that much. it will only be longer if we want to use different version.
Yeah, the basics are staying the same, but if you want to make a tooltip for WoD Warforged, Mythic, Heroic etc items going forward in WoD, they'll all have to be longer. Random enchantments will also be via bonus now, not rand.

I like the Heart of the Valorous buff but why even take it off if there going to give it back randomly after a couple of days?
Good thing I caught this in advance. Now to cap my Druid.
While the 100% boost is nice, I think there would be a much greater benefit to having the valor cap raised by 50% or 100% for a brief period instead of a 100% valor gain. It takes an entire week to upgrade a new piece of equipment at the current rate and it's very annoying to wait additional weeks when you have multiple pieces of gear to upgrade. It would also GREATLY help if the character is on the "A Test of Valor" quest.
Even with the bonus valor, what with running 5 level 90s, I rarely managed to cap any of them. (Mostly manage to do the Tillers quests, and whatever character is leveling their Anglers reps also gets those.)But I think these bonus valor buffs would have been more useful from Tuesday to Thursday, when most people are valor-capping their mains. By Saturday, I rarely see anyone doing the Celestials, for instance.
Removing weekly cap is the best thing they can do with VPs
