Brewfest for sure mounts beer fun times
My favorite holiday in WoW is the Halloween holiday, because I am currently recuperating from my 3rd heart surgery in 5 weeks, and playing the game is a great way for me to focus on something other than the pains & aches. It was a lot of fun getting costumes and wands to turn my friends into funny things.
Hallows End would have to come out on top. It was the first holiday I saw when I started playing which was perfect because it's my favorite holiday it blew me away and made me so happy to see. Every year my boyfriend and I go trick or treating across our realm, we make a game, first person tricked loses......he always wins. That's why I should win! :D
Brewfest, of course - I'm a hobbyist brewer IRL so a holiday dedicated to beer is bound to be one of my favs. I've been wearing the Brewmaster title proudly since 2009!
I could use a new ride :(
My favourite holiday would be Hallow's End, specifically for the Headless Horseman. His yelling of doom and devastation as he torches Goldshire is just plain awesome in my books. His clapping burning pumpkins onto random people's heads just makes it even better. The general environment of bats, skulls and creepy candles doesn't hurt either :)
Winter Veil is definitely my favorite holiday. The presents are cool, and i really like being able to change my mount into a reindeer.
I do like Children's Week, because:1. I'm in love with children character models2. We can get some more pets3. It's good to help orphans<3
Good luck, y'all.
My favourite holiday by far must be Hallow's End.When I was little, I always looked forward to Halloween, the decorations, the pranks, the scares, picking out pumpkins, carving pumpkins, pumpkin seeds, tractor rides, man it was the best! I loved it! Looking back on it now, it was the best time of year (besides Christmas (PRESENTS!)). When I was really little I used to go out a couple times for Trick or Treating (I had a tiny pail), and it usually ended with my dad carrying me home sleeping on his shoulder. I had this amazing plastic pumpkin pail, that thing lasted me until I started to use pillowcases. I would hide my candy from my siblings in the most obvious place (I thought it was ingenious at the time)...my sock drawer :)I have since grown up but I still have fun on Halloween all the same, my house is always the best decorated in driving distance, and the kids love it! Seeing the kids have as much fun as I did when I was out trick or treating makes me as happy as if I was out there trick or treating myself, except it's not just seeing a few kids get spooked/have fun, I get to see them all do it! The smiles make it worth it.Halloween has a very nostalgic feel to it for me (as I just not-so-briefly described (I could have gone on longer)), and having it in WoW just makes it that much better. I love running around and trick or treating on WoW as much as I did in real life as a kid, it's still fun! Redeeming the Headless Horseman's Spirit is amazing (I did it for the first time in BC, but I did trick or treat in 2005). I love hopping on my mage and flying around on a broom, dousing the Horde's wickerman, and this year dropping stink bombs in the undercity! (like it needed them :P)As most people say, to be a kid again would be great, but now I get to be a part of the smiles, not just having one. Halloween allows kids to dress up and play without most restrictions, they get to be their hero, in-costume and attitude! This explanation only touches the way I feel about halloween, and I will admit, Christmas is right on par with it (I Have nieces and nephews :D) so I can't wait for Winter's Veil!Good Luck to everyone who has entered thus far and everyone who will be! Congratulations to the lucky people who win!
Pilgrim's Bounty is probably my favorite. I like sitting down to a beautiful spread of food and waiting for someone else to sit, so I can try and hit them with some food, lol. I really do my best not to attack the other faction at the tables, cause really it's nicer to just sit and "chat' with them as we enjoy the plentiful meal set before us. The game of musical chairs that can ensue during the holiday season can also be fun, when you don't have enough people to get all the foods and the few there have to trade places to get different dishes passed.I do my best to spend as much time in game during this holiday because of all the entertainment had even just sitting near the tables. You really never know who may show up to the table, what friends you may meet, or hit with meat, each year.
My favorite holiday would be Noblegarden... What's better that running around in a cute-bunny form, looking for chocolate eggs? ^^
