Winter Veil all the way! The best part is seeing what the toy will be for the year :) and of course sitting on Father Winter's lap!
Personally I'd have to say it's a toss up between Brew Fest and Hallow's End. Both have their own unique quests to do of course but each in their right mind match with the World Event perfectly. I also like the different mounts for the event as well. Although Brew Fest does have 2 different mount the Headless Horsemen mount trumps all other World Event mounts to date and more then likely always well.
Hallow's End, because I love eating too much candy and puking on Alliance toons.
My favourite world event would have to be The Feast of Winter Veil. The holiday makes Orgrimmar and Ironforge feel so much more festive and cheerful, with all the decorations and presents everywhere. I like how although there is no boss fight associated with the event players are still given incentive to log on and participate simply because of the fact that each year there is a special gift that is no longer available once the event is over for the year. I quite enjoy doing the quests for saving Metzen the reindeer and slaying the Greench as it makes the player feel like they are really helping out with the holiday and since you have to visit snowy places with snowball piles lying everywhere it really helps you get into the spirit of the holiday. All in all, I think Winter Veil is a really nice holiday with lots of festive spirit and celebration with very nice rewards too. :)

Personally I love the Brewfest :) From drinking alot of ail and brews, and ...hic!'ing with my friends with my trusty Wolpertinger. That is the funniest of the events in the World of Warcraft. I also loved to get the brewfest mounts. So I mean that Brewfest is the best season :D
Favourite holiday?I'd have to say it's a tie between Pirate's Day (yaarrrr) for the fact that it's about Pirates (and who doesn't love Pirates?), and Children's Week for the well thought out quest chain, taking your orphan on runs through the latest and most dangerous raids, and getting more pets.Side note: why is there not a Ninja's Day? Surely they deserve a holiday too.
Hallows's End is my favourite. When I started playing wow, this Hallow's End was my first world event. It always takes me back to time when everything was better. Men were made of steel and boats of wood, now men are made of wood and all ships have sinked. ;) Those amazing moments I have felt can't put into words but I can tell that I wait Hallow's End like a little boy waits for Santa in Christmas year after year. As closer event gets, more eager I (the little boy) will be.. :D
I love Hallow's End. The masks, running Headless Horseman, and the Feline Familiar pet just put it over the top this year.
Hallow's End. Sweets,caramels..kids walking in the night with their masks and pumkin's saying ''Trick or Treats!''... its just Magical! I am always counting the days for hallow's End beucase.. this event is always coming!
I'd say Hallow's End is my favorite. I've only done the holidays once, and this being my first time doing Hallow's End, I find that there's a lot more to do than other holidays, with all the traveling to places that a person may not find themselves visiting. It gives you a good reason to go around the world and see what lands you may have never been to; for free candy, of course!
Brewfest because of the strange connection with my real life. The holiday is arround the same time I finish all of my exams in college and when we all start celebrating or draining our sorrows with beer and other drinks. So yeah, drinking in my toon while drunk irl is awesome.
My favorite holiday (and the one that has caused me to nerd rage the most) is Hallow's End. Since I am diligent (and obsessive) when it comes to achievements, I was ENRAGED when i didn't get the sinister squashling the first year achievements came out, resulting in not getting the violet protodrake until the next year. I was also super excited to see that they added 2 new pets as i am also a pet collector (169 pets >.<). /end nerd rant
My favorite WOW holiday has always been Hallow's End also. The quests are fun to do, the acheivements were a bit more challenging in the past, there was more interaction between players it seems. And of course the ever elusive Headless Horseman mount, ever since I saw that thing in the wowhead database, I just had to have him. This is my 2nd Hallow's End and still no luck but it's fun trying anyway. (My second favorite is easily Brewfest, just had to throw that in too :)
Winter Veil I love that you get new presents every year
I think Midsummer is probably my favorite holiday. I really love the fiery theme, the garb, and the boss. It's just so fitting and always something I enjoyed. :D
My favorite holiday would have to be the Feast of Winter Veil. The presents are always great and fun to play with for a while, but the main reason I like it is because I started playing WoW back in 2006, right at the end of November, just in time for Winter Veil. So it reminds me of when I was just a wimpy little level 10 dwarf hunter. Also, new expansions are always released around this time, so you have all of the fun and excitement of those. Not to mention it's centered around Ironforge (for the Alliance), and it's my favorite city :)
Brewfest for sure. It gives me a great excuse to run around everywhere drinking while drunk.
i love the re-vamped noblegarden holiday. it's the only holiday that you can really experience and get a title from as a low level character (provided of course that you get a helpful summons from a friend). as a bonus, the spring rabbit is one of my favorite pets and it cracks me up to have a raid of ten rabbits hopping around and popping out babies everywhere during a boss fight.
Definitely Brewfest. It's one of the few chances to get a cross-faction mount (that you can ride while drunk); has some of my favorite holiday dailies (that you can do while drunk); has an item that makes you feel drunk (even when you're already drunk); a vast assortment of different beverages (that get you drunk); plenty of meats and cheeses (that taste great when drunk); a very fun invasion defense daily that anyone of any level can participate in (that you get drunk off of while doing); two of the cutest pets ever (that you have to be drunk to catch); and it's the only 2 weeks of the year that I can drink all day long without trying to hide it from my guildies!
