Paladin T1 by far. Banana suit GO!
My favorite gear set is t10 warrior. I loved the Ymirjar and Sanctified Ymirjar look, because it looked good on all the races and the helm was very dynamic. t10 in general was a tier I liked for the differences in gear from class to class.
I'm going to have to be unoriginal and say Bloodfang was the best set ingame IMO, which Judgement coming a close second. I actually have a 60 rogue with full Bloodfang that I levelled purely to remind myself of the glory days of WoW, I mean, sure the T2.5 is better, but nothing looks as sweet as the iconic rogue set.

Bloodfang Armor, also known as Rogue T2, is my favorite set. In Vanilla, I played a Rogue and everybody who had that set seemed larger than life to me because I was so behind the times in raiding. I didn't start till later, and those Rogues on my server that had it (the entire set, mind you) were my absolute idols. They were what I thought were the best of the best in my class - I would even talk to some of them and even made friends with some of the individuals who taught me how to play Rogue. It has been years, and the experience with those people shaped how I was (and still am) as a raider.Besides, the entire set looks awesome, and every bonus definitely still screams 'Rogue set'.
Bloodfang T2, along with the other t2 armors because gear actually felt epic for the amount of time it took to gather all 8 pieces with 39 other people on a high pop server burdened with lag and disconnects.
Warrior Tier 2....Never before has a headbutt seemed so deadly! The Warlock Tier 6 was also ridiculously sexy...still remember the "WTF thats awesome!" moment I had the first time I ever saw the little wing animation it does. Not to mention, a gnome wearing that set looks great...fiendish and huggable all at once!
My favourite is Warlock T5. It just embodies the feel of the class so well, someone evil who is not to be trusted, reigning death and chaos. It just feels right.
The best item set the artists at Blizzard ever made for Wow as to be the Warlock tier5, because it speaks for what a warlock is.. I mean, who isn't scared of a guy dressed in black and red (i know that this colours are kinda overrated in this days (vampires -.-)) with red eyes and SEVERAL SKULLS stucked in his shoulders.. I mean, i would be scared in my pants, if some fella like that passed right next to me on a shopping mall carving for cigarrets.. But anyways, its the best set so far :)
Priest T8, healers never looked so badass while maintaining their alignment.
Even though I don't really play a Paladin, my favorite tier armor has to be the Paladin tier 8. I really love the white, black and gold color scheme.
I like the warlock Tier 6 Malefic Raiment set. The wings that appear are totally awesome and the stats weren't bad either. The tier 11 sets are also cool looking.
loookin fly like a G6 rockin tier 10 for resto shaman from my ice glowing eyes to the ice hanging from all over to the awesome animated spirit beasts that come out of your shoulders. you cant go wrong 2 piece riptide procs 20% haste and 4set buffs your chain heal. after all who could forget those long hours of raiding icc the 100s of attempts on heroic lichking this tier gear was my favorite design for resto shaman out of all of them even now in cata i still throw it on to heal simple things like BH and random heroics playing with the haste proc at 85 is kinda fun but i just cant get over how awesome it looks this tier will be in my bag till the end of time totally worth the 5 slots <3 gives you the frozen thrown feeling
I have played WOW since open beta as a Holy mostly Pally. My favorite tier set was and is still tier 2 Judgement set. It was by far and still is one of the coolest sets of armor ever.
Warbringer Battlegear (Warrior T4) is my favorite. Not only does it look pretty awesome but it has the most meaning to me.I started playing WoW a few weeks after Burning Crusade released and I remember the feeling of going from a total noob to having the 4 piece Tier bonus after a few months of being level 70. I loved strutting around in Org showing off my armor before a lot of people had even seen what it looked like. While I do have very found memories of Karahzan, working on Gruul and getting the T4 legs off our first kill was awesome and a memory I will never forget. Since then I have always wanted to be on the bleeding edge of content and experience all the end game bosses. Maybe T12 will replace T4 as my favorite but i doubt it :)
