Pet battles for sure :)
My favourite part has too be the total lack of political correctness. Look at some of the NPC's names! Way to slip that in Blizz! They way they slip stuff in never fails to make me laugh.
On the second or third day of Mists, I worked my way into the Vale of Eternal Blossoms at level 86 to try and turn in a pristine artifact to the Lorewalkers. Little did I realize that you needed a flying mount to reach them. As I ran around trying to find some way to get up to the Lorewalkers, I came across a strange mob, and, after dying over and over for an hour as I learned his mechanics and got my timing down, I killed Yorik Sharpeye following a 10 minute fight whittling him down in my healing spec. He dropped Mr. Smite's Compass. My newfound rare hunting mania was born as soon as I activated it and heard his glorious voice. These mobs provide a fun challenge to learn their mechanics and find ways to counter them with your own class skills, and it's always a treat to come across one whether I'm doing dailies on my main or leveling an alt (especially when they drop their special loot). It's even given me a drive to go back and hunt down all the rare mobs of previous expansions, even though they're not nearly as challenging.

Skinning up the bloated stomachs. Nice little bonus
The progression of Horde and Alliance conflict is all coming back to us now! Just like good ol' times!
Well, this would be totally amazing to win! My favorite part of Mists of Pandaria was all the fun dailies and uniqe rewards from the quests and rare mobs, totally amazing stuff!
My favorite part is easily the storytelling. This is WoW's best expansion over all but the storytelling stands out above the rest. They've done such a great job telling their story, hinting at other stories hidden under the surface, and keep me going and wanting more. From a great introduction, to a fun silly farm zone, to the slightly darker and serious wilds, then up to the silly and serious mountains who set up a huge story, to behind the wall where we see another side of the land, and down to the wastes where we find a civil war and help out the lesser of evils. If cata was 'the Horde's expansion' then MoP is very much the Alliances. both of the Wrynn's are coming into their own and making me love them both. Anduin has been a huggable little teen since the Shattering book, and now while still young, he stands as a tall man. He's been forced to grow up faster than any body should and yet, and he's met those challenges head on. Varian for the first time is actually likable. While I've always understood him, I've never liked him. Having run the Alliance side of Landfall, he's impressed me to no end and for the first time I'm glad he's head of the Alliance. This is just a small sample of why I love the MoP story, I could go on and on and on, but nobody wants to see me rant for 10 posts XD
AoE looting and Pet battles are my favorite parts of MoP.
my favorite part is when you have collected all the lore(which you get achievement points) is that you can listen to the lore from lorewalker Cho. he's one awesome pandaren and i like the general story line.
Greenstone mine... best mining in the game, and can be great fun at 85-87 for PVP action on PVP realms... also I found the Ancient Pandaren Mining Pick in there... very useful piece of kit and it bind to account.
My favorite part of MoP is by far the Brawler's Guild!
the graphics... (and AoE looting)
The raids, by far.The guild master of the leading guild on the realm is quitting this tier and we're all asking ourselves why. Must be psychiatric intervention. :)
Battling the silver elites.. love it
My favorite thing is the Pandas.
For me it's the sense of community. It feels like everyone is pulling together again to make it special. Cross-Realm zones have breathed new life into areas that were always so empty, and now it feels so much more realistic as an actual World to the imagination, rather than just a game.
