Halows end because it gave me the headless horsemanship mount my favorite
I have to say my favorite holiday in World of Warcraft has to be Hallow's End. A few reasons of course. Mainly because I like going around to help the towns that are under attack by the Headless Horseman, putting out the fires then initially killing the evil guy! Also I like to go around and collect buckets of candy to see if I get any nice items inside. Masks also make the holiday for festive, going around posing as other races and factions. The masks are flimsy and look odd on a Tauren, but they're rather hilarious at times! I usually make kissy faces at people when wearing my Female Night Elf mask. Some people get creeped out but some just laugh. One thing I like to do on Hallow's End is actually defeat the Horseman inside Scarlet Monastery, summoning him and reciting the awesome poem before he tells his own and descends. I usually say it aloud myself, just because it makes it that much better! Then actually killing him and then reaching into his armor to pull out goodies and even pumpkins, strangely enough. I wonder how pumpkins got there in the first place..?I liked the additions this year. The Feline Familiar that rides a broom with you, so amazing! And cute for that matter. Plus going to stinkbomb the alliance scumbags is amusing as well! Take that, stinkies! Then putting out our own stinkbombs the alliance placed in the Undercity, as if it didn't smell bad enough with rotting corpses around! *Shakes fist in rage*Best things of this holiday:-Candy-Showing the Horseman what for.-Taking part in saving towns from flames!

My favorite holiday in World of Warcraft is Winter Veil. Why? Well, I'll gladly tell you.Winter Veil is a holiday when people really get into the holiday spirit, it's a time for sharing kindness, and to celebrate with your family and friends. Of course, most holidays are similar to this, but I think Winter Veil does the best job of bringing peoples' kindness and love out to everyone. And who doesn't love free presents, eggnog and cookies? I know I love it!
Hallow's End-Halloween is by far my favorite holiday on wow and irl. The decor and the atmosphere is amazing. From a wow stand point, it's my favorite holiday because it reminds of the good ol' days when alliance had to enter scarlet monastery to do the event....oh the thousands of HK's from this one event. Makes me happy just to hear the horseman's laugh lol.
Hallow's End by far for me atleast for the first 2 years before HH runs/trick or treating for masks got to the head banging on desk level. Ran it atleast 50 times a day trying to get the mount for myself and friends before the loot bag was added just to get 2 the entire time which went to people who quit within about a month or 2 later, didn't get my own till last year where i got it on the last day from the bag. Other than the mount though i like the atmosphere in the main cities and the event as a whole with how much there is to do during it.
You rock Wowhead
Hallow's End for me I think - for many little reasons, the mixture of things to do, the title, and of course the pumpkins :)
hallow's end - love the amounts of costumes and instant mount plus the new cat pet is amazing
Hallow's End by far.U got the HH Mount, the rare drop every1 wants, but almost no1 has :PU get a pumpkin pet who tends to jump out of the ground :DU get a crate pet (o_0) who eats critters o_0U get a cat pet (hey, that rhymes :D) which has green eyes, a black which hat, and flys on a broom (aww, how cute :D) :DU can save the villages, which i guess is less fun cause u moslty fail, but seeing towns burn is also cool :)U can get the HH sword, which summons 3 Pumpkins :D:D:D:DU can get the HH "head", which lets u laught like him (hahahahaha) :D(how much more can i make up? alot :) )U can get very funny treats which make u look cool and hot (and wicket and smart) :)1 of the few events u can look like another race, thnx to masks :D and ofc u can look like unplayable races :P (ogres, murlocs! :D and stuff)U can get transformed into un-playable races :D Leper Gnome, Serpent... thing, mini Diablo! :D, pirates and whatnot :DThrowing pumpkins at ppl is fun too, miracle no1 got hurt so far by a pumpkin to the head :)Pumpkins, Everywhere, on heads, in villages, in city's, inside buildings, EVERYWHERE, but all ofc with lights, so theyre not scary :) (the face carved in is :P)But ofc the most important thing r the tricky treats. What more do u want at an event then throwing up? nothing right? thats my point :Danyway, this was Alinor, and im out :) (Hallow's End, u should never end!)
Hmm... My favorite holiday has to be Noblegarden. Honestly, who doesn't love running around in a tuxedo, nomming on chocolates, and turning people into little hoppy bunnies? I usually spend my time sitting at a tree stump or at a bush waiting for brightly colored eggs to magically appear (I never see who puts them there, and it really bothers me.) Sometimes I'll even take a wonderfully useless trip to Un'goro to lay an egg as a rabbit -not quite sure how that one works- but my friends do it every year. Anyway! I'd much rather be hanging out with the bunnies, people-watching the drag queens in dresses that bloom flowers, and gettin chubby by constantly eating chocolates :3
My favourite world event is the Lunar Festival. My main is a Tauren, and I really like having the Elder title for the character. Moreover, from a role playing point of view, it makes more sense that most of my characters would be travelling all over Azeroth to visit elder spirits, then it does for them to light camp fires, dress as a gnome, or wear rabbit ears, as entertaining as these things might be out of character.
Definitely Winter's Veil, because it's a fun time that allows us to virtually come together as well as with our families in real life.
Would have to be Hallows End. Not just the cool pet or the broom sticks or the masks or even the reins of the horseman. The best part for me is the multiple fights with the horseman himself. Defending towns from burning, fightinhg his shade and then finally killing him once and for all. It is just so much fun.
Its easy.. Brewfest.. why? i love brews myself.. and that i actually got the mounts from this one.. not likely the ohter's... 3 year going on hallow and no mount on any of my 2 level 85.. :'(
Brewfest this year blew me away. It was my first one and the achievements and little quests were great. I mean who doesn't love a holiday that tells you to throw beer mugs at your enemies? Plus the achieve where you drink tell you throw up, or fall a great distance while drunk without dying! I also really enjoyed riding the ram once i got used to the rains and figured out the apples. It really was just a very fun holiday for me.
For me Hallow's End is my favourite WoW and real life holiday. I love flying around Azeroth and seeing Halloween reflected in all the areas and communities of WoW.
Lunar Festival, My late grandmother passed away on the 28th of January 2003, We have to go about ingame honoring the elders and i allways thought of her as my guidance, so i allways like to visit the elders, Also i love the reference to ezra chatterton, a player that died aged 12 of brain cancer, he is immortalized as an Elder "Elder Ezra Wheathoof". I love how blizzard actually cared about that kid.
