In 2026, the ultimate celebration of our games and the community that unites us will return to the Anaheim Convention Center on Saturday, September 12, and Sunday, September 13.
We’ve come a long way since our first event in 2005. Over the past nearly 20 years since its inception, BlizzCon has inspired us to innovate, push the boundaries of creativity, and deliver once-in-a-lifetime moments. It’s important that we put on an event worthy of our community. For 2026, alongside BlizzCon staples like the Opening Ceremony, in-depth panels, the Darkmoon Faire, friendly competition, hands-on gameplay, and more, we aim to meaningfully elevate this iconic celebration and create an unforgettable experience for all who take part in it. We are building this event just like we build our games: with a deep commitment to our players, with respect for your connections to our universes, and as a celebration of the strength of the bonds formed through shared adventure.

In our previous Housing
article, we shared a high-level overview of our plans and philosophies. This time around, we are getting concrete and discussing specifics for decoration systems. It allows us to not only show off some of what’s possible but also to answer some of the common questions and concerns we’ve seen come up from the community.
A couple disclaimers:
- Our article only focuses on interior decoration systems and only in a single room. There’s still plenty to cover beyond the basics of decoration, but that’s for another time.
- We’re going to show you a lot of work-in-progress assets and UIs as well as using some terms that are not finalized, so please focus more on the functionality and less on the details of just how specific things look or sound just yet.

The Liberation of Undermine Raid Finder Wing 2 and Story Mode are Now Live!
Things are heating up in Undermine, and the cartels are ready to take the battle right to the heart of Gallywix’s stronghold in the Gallagio. Players will encounter eight new bosses— including the Chrome King Gallywix himself—as they fight their way through the glitz and glam to get straight down to business.

Beginning April 4, the Arena World Championship and Mythic Dungeon International are back for The War Within™ Season 2. The quest for Arena immortality resumes with the first tournament to kick off on April 4. Meanwhile, Mythic Dungeon International (MDI) will return with a full-force season beginning with open registration Time Trials on April 16.
