Earthen Ring and Cenarion Circle was cool because they weren't invented so Blizzard could give up on keeping the racial distinctions of Paladins which is obv what Blizz is now working toward.

What is there to rationalize? What physiological attribute would prevent Vulpera from being paladins? Canonically BfA (which is when Vulpera joined the Horde) is like 5-7 years old, they had plenty of time to learn about Light.
